During spring break, this condo is only available to families or groups in which all occupants are at least 25 years of age.
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 30.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family and I didn't want to leave. This was everything we expected and more. We loved our beautiful mornings on the balcony. We got to see Dolphins, Stingrays, Sea turtles, two Manatees, Sharks and many other fish! The condo was perfect with a very comfortable bed!! We will definitely return in the future.

We only stayed for 3 nights so we had 2 full days. There isn’t enough elevators to accommodate the amount of guest during the busy season. At times you stand waiting for 30 mins. If you read the signs and work your days around the busy times of day, it’s not too bad. Not sure I would want to stay here more than we stayed. Tidewater is the name of the condo. It’s on the 30th floor with amazing views. Staff there was also great. My girls and I had a great time relaxing after a long vaca in Orlando.

The condo itself was not too bad. The house wasn’t fully clean. The pullout bed didn’t have a sheet. We found some socks that were left there from previous stay
