Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed in this condo in mid-May. Upon arrival it was clean. There are some updates needed- there was a rip in the carpet in the living room, rust spots on the side of the fridge, the washer/dryer plugs into an extension cord when being used which doesn’t seem super safe. But overall those are minuscule things. We aren’t super high maintenance so those things didn’t bother us but those are things to be aware of if you are. The doors to the balcony were heavy and a little hard to open but I appreciated that with having small kids. The bed was comfortable enough. They provided two fans which made my whole stay because I couldn’t fit mine to bring it from Ohio lol. There were plenty of pots/pans/dishes. A coffee maker and keurig. Broom, mop, vacuum cleaner. Washer/dryer worked good, oven & microwave worked good. We didn’t use the dishwasher, just hand washed what we used as we used it.
The wait for the elevators was typically about 10 minutes max, we quickly learned what the busy times were and avoided them or it could have been longer. The elevators are pretty warm/stuffy, and this was in May so I’d be interested to see how hot they get in the summer. The outdoor pools aren’t heated but I’m sure get warmer as the summer goes on. There was a tornado warning while we were there & I couldn’t get ahold of anybody to figure out what we were supposed to do/if we were safe in our condo so it would be nice to have info included on that like the fire evacuation plan that’s posted in the room. We stayed for a week and overall are very pleased with our stay and the condo. We will likely book again in the future.
