Beginning September 15th Elevators in the Buildings C1, B1 and B2 will be undergoing repairs. The elevators will be unavailable for roughly 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 weeks.

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
Boat ramp access (boat parking fees apply)
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The unit was nicely furnished and clean. Good location to all area attractions. Fantastic view of the beach.

We really enjoyed this place. So close to the water. It wasnt too crowded. We brought our own umbrellas and set up where we wanted to. The condo was clean and comfortable for us. We will be back.

Unit was clean and updated but upon arriving we walked into a unit full of fans running because there was little to no AC. I immediately call the management office where I was informed that the Chillers had been down since July 4th. No one contacted me in advance to inform me of the problem prior to our travels. I was offered a refund if we vacated the property. But my family had traveled 650 miles for a family reunion with my 86 year old mother so leaving was not an option. I was not offered a unit with working AC.
