Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Walkin’ on Water Paddleboards (just five miles from the condo) offers rentals and tours for those looking for a day exploring on the water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo was very nice and clean (some minor wear and tear items that need to be addressed, but nothing that diminished our vacation). The elevators on the other hand are a nightmare. Very long wait times! Check out is at 10 am and that’s when your door code changes. No exceptions for the extensive elevator wait. We took our main luggage to the car and left small items in the room for the next trip. Due to the extensive wait times for the elevators it was after 10 am when we made it back to the room to get our last items and do a final walkthrough. The door was locked and our code WOULD NOT work! Thankfully, the cleaning crew just happened to arrive and we were able to retrieve our items. We were rushed to say the least.

This was a very clean well equipped unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need. New appliances including washer and dryer. Beautiful views and furniture on the balcony.
