• Sleep in Bliss: Experience ultimate comfort with memory foam toppers on all bed mattresses. We want you to wake up refreshed and ready for another day of vacation.
• Climate Control & Cozy Nights: Enjoy a breeze with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Additional portable fans are provided for those who enjoy white noise. Extra throw blankets and pillows add to the cozy atmosphere. We understand that everyone has their own comfort preferences. Therefore, we allow our guests control of the thermostat, ensuring your accommodation is tailored to your liking. The thermostat can be adjusted to a low of 68, allowing you to create the ideal climate for your stay.

• No Smoking in or around the property. Please note that Celadon Beach Resort has a strict no smoking policy and no pet policy for renters. Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result if the loss of your damage deposit and potential immediate eviction without refund.
• Parking Permit required - $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay.
• E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
• Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
• A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often
the same day.

This was a very nice condo that was impeccably clean top to bottom. The beds were soft and comfy. The new living room furniture was also cozy and soft. Everything about this condo was well thought out to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. We highly recommend.

Host was very prompt in answering any concerns. Provided excellent communication and information on area. The condo had everything we needed. Fully stocked. Very clean and decorated perfectly! Set the vibe for R&R! Very comfortable!!

This place was amazing! It was better than anticipated. We stayed during the winter and the kids loved the heated pool. Great communication with the host. 10/10 would recommend!

My family enjoyed our stay. The host Amber was very accommodating! The unit was very clean and had all ammenities we needed. We will definitely stay here again.
