If you're looking to explore the area, you'll be only three miles northwest of Gulf World and Pier Park, and eight miles southeast of Rosemary Beach on the shores of 30A.

The unit itself was outstanding and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. The bathrooms were also well laid out and spacious which can be hard to find in the area. Our family of 6 was comfortable and each has space to enjoy without feeling crowded. The only complaint was the building itself is showing age, wear and tear along with vast updates needed to the pool areas.

The size of this condo was great for our family of 5. The condo was very clean and had modern furnishings. The kids loved the bunk beds. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Both bathrooms do have barn doors that do not lock so doesn't offer a lot of privacy. The secondary bathroom has access from the kitchen and the second bedroom with a barn door accessing the second bedroom, but a standard door for the kitchen access. Wasn't a huge issue. The balcony was huge and had ample seating including a high end pub style table. Balcony was accessible in three different ways: both bedrooms and living room. TV offered access to local cable as well as Netflix and Disney. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of dishes and utensils. Again, great condo and we would definitely book again! As far as the resort itself, I will say common areas could use some attention as they were a little dirty. I would agree with some previous reviews that the elevators do take quite a while. Booking on a lower floor allowed the option of the stairs in those cases. Parking is accessed via a skywalk which is very convenient. Note that the parking garage only allows for 7ft tall vehicles so if you have a taller vehicle or a carrier you will have an issue. Overall this was a great selection and was a very family friendly environment! We would book again!
