Chalet Hotham 7

Location is great, walk across the road to Hotham Central and cafes and restaurants.

Pillows did not provide neck support; mattress did not provide back support (sunk to the middle when we were trying to sleep); noise from other guests walking past or opening and closing doors, no handbook/instructions for heater, appliances, organic waste bin internally, but no external organic waste bin. Be prepared for 3-5 minute walk up the small slope in rain or snow as the the path to the accommodation is not accessible by vehicle. Make sure your suitcase is waterproof as it is carried up uncovered in the snowmobile trailer.

Great location, great value for money. Hassle free entry to the property with pin code SMS. Great customer service from Mikayla and instruction on what to do/ visit on the mountain.

We had difficulty locating the key safe after hours. No answer when I rang to ask for key safe location. Luckily I was able to ask other guests location of keys. other guests asked us as to where they should leave their keys on leaving the property as key safe wouldn’t open for them. Would have appreciated more information.

Location & staff were great.

Dirty dishes had been put back in cupboards, window had been left open so snow had built up between fly screen and glass. Couldn’t close window without having to trek out into knee deep snow to clean out the snow before we could close window. The wind was howling through so had to get it closed.
