Sambuca Apartment 5 is located on the second floor of the Sambuca Apartments next to the Village Chair lift near Hotham Central.
The modern apartment is fitted out to a high standard and has spectacular views of Swindlers Valley and the Hotham Summit from the spacious living areas and balcony.
Accommodating 7 people it contains two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.
It is conveniently located for access to the Basin Ski run. It is just a short walk to the bars and restaraunts at Hotham Central and the village shuttle bus stops close by for easy access to the rest of the village.
You will enjoy your stay at Sambuca 5, chatting with friends by the fire place, taking in the spectacular views of the Hotham resort or relaxing after a day in the snow.

The apartment accommodates up to 7 people:
* Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 people in a queen bed with built in robes and an ensuite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2 sleeps 5 people in a queen bed and 3 single beds with built in robes and an ensuite bathroom.
All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs
The Living area is open plan with comfortable couches surrounding the fireplace and a cosy window seat. The entertainment zone includes a large flat screen TV, DVD and Sonos speaker.
The dining table seats 8 and has spectacular views over the ski fields.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, hotplate, microwave oven, dishwasher, appliances including toaster, kettle, hand blender and quality cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery.
The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and a drying cupboard for your ski gear after a day in the snow. A ski locker is located outside the door of the apartment.

Our stay at this property was absolutely outstanding – truly a 10 out of 10 experience. Every detail was perfect, and the apartment was presented immaculately clean. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful extras, including the large dishwashing powder, dryer, toastie machine, ice in the freezer, and pantry staples such as salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee and sugar. The additional beds with fresh doonas, dual dishwasher, generous supply of cleaning products, plentiful fresh towels, and ample luggage space all contributed to an exceptionally comfortable stay.It is, quite simply, perfection and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Also, arriving earlier than expected, Gary was quick to respond - with an early check-in

This was a brilliant stay, the host was very communicative and accommodating, everything was easy - internet, heating, access, etc, and great location near the slopes and hotham central. Beds were very comfortable, a flawless experience! Would stay again!

The host was amazing, any concerns or questions were answered/fixed immediately. The property is warm with a nice veiw and easy access to hotham central and the busses. The only thing we would have liked was parking.Still the property solid 9/10
