The location is great, a short walk from Hotham village chair.
Unfortunately mattress and pillows weren't to my comfort

Warm comfortable room, but facility getting tired.
Décor very dated but remains adequate, if overpriced. Area has quite poorly prepared access for pedestrians in winter in many areas, which needs to be addressed for families especially. Better compaction of deep snow more regularly on "paths", and, in the case of the fire exit on the balcony of level 4, this was TOTALLY blocked with fallen snow, ice and dangerous icicles! In-room compendium needs to reflect the specific facilities for each room, as ours certainly had no dishwasher, nor an organic waste bin, both described in the notes!
