La posizione in un quartiere residenziale curato con vista sul mare e sul tramonto bellissimi. Casa grande, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto ben attrezzata. Lontano dai resort, in un’ora di macchina si raggiungono sia le spiagge a nord che il parco dei vulcani a sud
La strada di accesso è molto pendente, richiede molta attenzione nella guida, soprattutto la sera
