Everyone had a blast. The 5 min. walk to the beach was awesome. Beautiful veiw from the balcony. You are an hour away from Kona. Highly recommend this beach house.

The house was pretty comfortable and the location was lovely.

Cons
Most important was critical missing information. The description of the house did not mention that there is no garbage collection or that the water in the taps is not for drinking . It meant having to drive for a while to the community spigit and manage your own garbage. Just felt it would have been great to know that when we booked the house rather than know a few days before, so we could have decided if that was something we wanted to deal with.
Poorly stocked kitchen
The house need some repair
Curtains and/or blinds would be a plus including screen on the doors hard to keep the mosquitoes out.
The studio bathroom is so small that only a small person can use it
