La posizione è ottima rispetto alle principali zone di interesse; in zona sono disponibili locali interessanti. Il fatto di essere leggermente defilata rispetto ai punti di maggior passaggio assicura un buon comfort. La ristrutturazione è curata e la dotazione completa.
Il sistema di gestione (firma elettronica del contratto, più di una piattaforma per i pagamenti, il sistema di gestione dell'accesso basato sull'email di accettazione) è piuttosto complicato. L'acustica della camera lato strada è carente, inoltre la documentazione presente è chiaramente rivolta a un pubblico di lingua inglese.

The location was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was fairly quiet.
The apartment had a smell like sewage that did not go away for our entire stay. It was quite strong and negatively affected our comfort and enjoyment while in Florence. In addition, some of the furniture was falling apart and the wiring seemed faulty (flickering lights, outlets not working).
