Az elhelyezkedés, tisztaság kiváló. Hangulatos, modern, tiszta, felszerelt szobák. Nagyon figyelmes az ajándékbor és a bekészített kávé kapszula. Egyszerű, problémamentes kulcsátvétel. Visszatérő vendégek vagyunk, csak ajánlani tudom.

The location is practically right on the high street, close to bars, restaurants and shops. There’s a market nearby where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. In my opinion, the location is brilliant. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the thermal pools.

The apartment looks nice and modern, but it’s poorly equipped. It lacks basic items, such as coffee spoons. There is supposedly a capsule coffee machine, but there are no capsules. We stayed with a competitor a month earlier and they had them there. Another thing is that it was stated on Booking.com that the apartment is split-level, and the photos suggested there would be one more sofa bed, but perhaps I just imagined that. In any case, there weren’t two levels, just two rooms. Another major issue is the toilet, which is terribly small and cramped and doesn’t even have a washbasin. To wash your hands, you have to go to a separate bathroom, which I consider dangerous. There’s a shower on steps made of tiles that aren’t non-slip. On top of that, the drain under the shower tray was blocked and could barely take any water. As a result, my son flooded the whole bathroom while showering and nearly broke his leg on those steps. For me, however, the worst thing was the sofa bed. The children slept on the bed so they didn’t complain, but this sofa had probably been refurbished and someone had stuffed thick planks into it which dug into my sides, back and so on all night long. My sides still ache because of that sofa. I’d probably have slept better on the floor because it would have been just as hard, but the joints wouldn’t have dug into my back. In my opinion, the comfort there needs improving. The last thing that happened to me was the issue with the car park,Well, it’s a great option and I don’t regret choosing it, but something went wrong: I drove in without any trouble, the system recognised me, and the gate opened. Unfortunately, when I left after four days, things weren’t quite so smooth, as the gate didn’t open and I had to explain myself to the car park attendant. Fortunately, he was a very nice and competent man who spoke English, so he made a few calls, asked around, and after about 15 minutes let me out of the car park.
