Aqua Villa Eger

The hospitality and the beautiful smile of the friendly lady at the reception. I was a bit earlier, but it was no problem. The personal written note at the room well done. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The little snack by check out nice. Long time since I have experienced this at a hotel, the attention to detail. Wow

Just make attention for de sharpeness of the corner edge point of the bathroom cabinet.

AquaVilla Eger is located in an exceptional spot in the city, close to the center, the Turkish bathhouse, and the beach, too. There are many restaurants, bars nearby, and it's easy to grab an ice cream as well. You can also visit wineries fairly easily from the hotel. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces, free of charge. The staff was incredibly helpful, the check-in and check-out process was quick, and we received a bit of a gift as well on both occasions. The breakfast had a great selection of savoury and sweet options, and the staff was kind enough to also cater to our needs (providing lactose-free and whole wheat bread options). Our room was spacious, the mattress was firm, and we had enough pillows as well. Overall, our room and the common areas were spotless, and daily cleaning was also an option. The wifi was strong, no complaints there. AquaVilla has a smaller wellness terrace too, with a jacuzzi and a sauna. The staff were kind to preheat the sauna and prepare the jacuzzi for us to use, and we tried both for a bit of relaxation. All in all, I would highly recommend the place to stay, amazing staff, good rooms, great breakfast, and excellent location in the city.

There are not many things to mention here. What I would highlight is that our bathroom is quite small, with not much space to store our toiletries. If there were a couple of shelves added in the bathroom for storing your soap, shampoo, etc, it would make things even better.

The breakfast was from 8, most places serves from 6.30 Or 7. There were two bottles water In the room Which were opened. Guess the previous guests were drinking it. We stayed there 3 nights and They never came to clean the room even when We asked it.
