Location, cleanliness and staff
Spare bed was very uncomfortable. Air conditioner did not cool the room. Shower was sooo tiny.

Everything! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff were friendly and the location is perfect! We took a walk to the “Valley of the Beautiful Woman” which we also loved. We also loved that the Beatles Museum was downstairs. What a gem of a place! We would highly recommend it!

The Stuff was very nice, the breakfast was perfect (lots of choices - 6 types of bread, ham, chesse, 3 types of egg, etc.)
The room for a 4 star hotel was pretty small... the beds were terribly uncomfortable - they were noisy all night long and the mattresses were pretty much overused. In this case We did have a terribly sleep. Before checking in I would recommend to inqury about the state of the bed in room number 44
