Ideal location, comfortable, funky, un-fancy place was exactly what we were looking for. Also loved that there was ample seating (indoor & especially outdoor) and beach toys for our little one (shovels & bucket)!
I wish there had been more beach equipment available - chairs, umbrella(s), towels - we rented it, but I guess you could take the plastic Adirondack chairs out to the beach and use some of the extra bath towels, but that didn't seem quite right. Also much prefer to work with individuals rather than a management company - they reached out too much when we didn't need them to, and not enough when we actually had a question, but it worked out.

Beach location, size of home - one of the few "smaller" affordable houses on the island. It is much nicer than the pictures show.
While the house is very private - the driveway and car parking area really need attention.
