Summary:
A short 10 minute walk from Wrigley Field (0.8 miles) , and everything the popular Wrigleyville has to offer. ABOVE A BAR (can be noisy at night) but it has been a highlight of a majority of our guests trip!
$50 for early check in. This is only if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do not offer late check-out.
The Space:
Very spacious living area, which is perfect for hosting a night out in Wrigleyville or cozy enough to unwind with a night in. This unit can accommodate all and is perfect for coming back to after a Cubs game or the city!.
We have one queen been in the primary bedroom, then 2 full mattresses stacked on top of each other (that can be placed elsewhere) as well as a twin floor mattress (in closet) and a couch to sleep six people.
Guest Access:
Self check-in with lockbox. The lockbox is located in the alley behind the building across from where the trash dumpsters are (GOAT LOGO IS ON LOCKBOX). Inside the lockbox you will find a set of keys, one to the building and one to the unit. The building entrance is located back on Racine to the right of the ATM. Once inside go up the stairs to the left and we are the only unit on the second floor. There is free parking south bound on Racine and on all neighboring streets!
The Neighborhood:
Make sure you stay for a Cubs game, atmosphere is bar none.
There is a vibrant bar scene, plus many theaters for live performances and classic film showings.

Free street parking on the south side of Racine and neighboring side streets (Barry & Nelson).

1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
Unit is above a bar and can be noisy depending on what is going on. It is such a fun place to socialize or have a drink, and you will not have to go far!
$50 for early check in. This is only if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do not offer late check-out.
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
HOUSE RULES
-Please be mindful of your neighbors.
-Smoking inside the unit will forfeit security deposit and $500 fine.
-$100/ person over what reservation was booked for.
-MUST BE 21+ or accompanied by parents or guardians.
-11 pm Quiet Hour
-Must place keys back in lockbox upon check out, failure to do so will result in $250 fine (we have multiple cleaners who clean the units, most do not have a copy of the key).
-We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
-By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
-NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.
-$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
-If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
-Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules.
$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
**It is important to remember to return the keys to the lockbox where they were initially found. Failure to do so may result in a charge of at least $300 to replace the key or open up the property if there is a lockout. In addition, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred by a locksmith, as well as the hourly rate of the cleaners if they are present and required to wait for the locksmith. Please ensure that you do not misplace the keys. Thank you!

The apartment was perfect, comfortable and spacious. Check in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. For being located above a crowded bar, the noise was not bad at all and we had no trouble sleeping. There was free parking on the street right in front of the apt and we were able to leave our car there all weekend. Great place and we will reserve again!

We had a wonderful stay...close to it all. There were comments about the noise from the restaurant/bar downstairs and there was some noise-bass music beat, talking, laughter but it was not bad at all. The plus side was it was a great place to run downstairs and pick up a very tasty lunch one day and we stopped there after a day of fun for a nightcap on their patio, so we made the best of it. The apartment is very nice. Plenty of space, plenty of of towels and dishes. Nice supply of starter amenities also such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner and kitchen spices. The directions upon our first entry were a little confusing because there are actually 2 sets of steps so when it says turn left upon entering...turn all the way left to a second set of steps do not go up the steps directly ahead. The manager was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!
