This amazing Chatham property has everything you are looking for. Immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with central air conditioning. Kick back in the fantastic screened sun porch. Perfect for reading a good book or having a cup of coffee or cocktails. Prepare a relaxing meal in the eat in kitchen with updated appliances, cabinets and counter tops. Comfort abounds in the living room with large sectional sofa and flat screen television with expanded cable and wireless internet access.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and boasts a private bath with luxurious separate tub and shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of Bunkbeds - sleeping 4. There is a second bath with tub and shower as well.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

House was super clean, decor was amazing, the pictures don’t do the house justice. Screen porch was dreamy and magical in the evenings, air conditioning was very cool, beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was in my opinion one of the best on the Cape. (My husband is an MLB scout and this is our 10th year coming to the Cape for the baseball Cape Cod league.) Kitchen and bathrooms were updated, clean and beautifully decorated. I would stay here again and tell all my friends and family to rent this house! I promise, you will be extremely happy!

This is a super well located, super clean property that has everything you need for a great week at the beach!
We loved it so much we re rented it for another week later in the month on our third day there. Can’t wait to go back!
