Comfortable, stylish Cape Cod home close to everything. Beach is .7 miles, Route 6 is 3 miles, Downtown is 1.5miles, Bike path .3 miles and Marion’s Pie shop .3 miles. Perfect location, cooks kitchen , full of awesome amenities.

The house was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything we could have needed was there. From bikes to beach towels the owner has everything covered. Property was beautifully maintained. Backyard was such a lovely and comfortable place to gather for a nice meal or time around the fire pit afterwards! Walk to the beach – only a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham, Stop & Shop, Harwich, and easy access to explore the outer cape – great location! Dealing with the owner was very easy – he was accommodating and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent home & our 2nd time staying here. Tim’s a great host. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to the Cape. Location is perfect, house is very clean, comfortable & includes all the things you need for a great stay.
