About this house rental
A wonderful modern Kissimmee home near Orlando located just 12 minutes away from Disney (depending route and traffic). Disney is waiting for you! In January 2020 and 2022 this home has been completely renovated to create a comfortable and clean environment for you and your family members. Surrounded by shopping and dining areas this location offers a very convenient stay.
This home offers a spacious kitchen with brand new cabinets and quartz countertops. The living room area provides a homely environment in which you can hangout. Just off the family room you can access your own private pool.
All bedrooms include their own full bathrooms, clean sheets and blankets, pillows, and towels.
The on property manual includes a telephone (with WhatsApp) contact number for you to call the property manager 8am to 5pm everyday should you need assistance during your stay. This manual also contains the Wi-Fi password, points of interest, and emergency numbers.
The pool heat is available at a small surcharge (if needed ... it can be quite nice in central Florida).

Easily walk within this spacious and quiet gated community with the neighborhood clubhouse just 400-yards (meters) from this townhome right off the same street.
Just 3 turns and 5 minutes away shopping and dining areas are available. This includes a 24h Walmart, Pollo tropical, Wendy’s, Denny’s, chick-fil-a, Panda express, buffalo wild wings, red lobster…. and many more. Disney just 15 minutes away.
The resort clubhouse offers an arcade, movie theatre, community pool, burgers, drinks, and a small gift shop with drinks, ice, snacks, beer and wine.
If you love to stay active this is the perfect place, for it has a gym, basketball, beach volleyball, and tennis court.

Master bathroom lights need to be brighter but everything else was great. I’m not sure why we paid $900.00 more than all others around us with the same townhome.

The place was clean and close to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! Would definitely book again.

The villa was bright and clean, the entry instructions were easy. The kitchen was fairly well equipped, a couple of the pans were worn, with teflon coming off of them, they should be replaced. There was plenty of towels but no wash cloths.
The only slight disappointment was the fact that the pool yard is northward facing and gets no sun all day, rendering the pool very cold. A pool heating recommendation should be noted in the ad. Overall great stay, good location, nice place.
We would stay here again.
