The villa is less than half a mile from the Beach Club and oceanfront pools. The Lake House at Seabrook offers access (for a fee) to an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, and library. The Club at Seabrook allows guest access to golf courses, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options inside the security gate. Downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, and local historic tours, is only 24 miles away.

Seabrook Island Club amenities and the Lake House Fitness Center require an Amenity card (deposit required for each card, and/or a daily/weekly fee to use the Club facilities). Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
