We really enjoyed this house! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. The direct beach access is close to the house and very nice. We rented a golf cart to make cruising around the island easy and fun. House was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed how private the beach felt! Barely anybody else out there; the beach access was great! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and gathering area was nice and big, and not too far from restaurants and fun! (While being far enough from the noise and hubbub) Management was very responsive. (Bath tub jets didn’t work, but was not listed as an amenity.

The location of this property is fantastic, and the layout inside was comfortable overall. However, several maintenance issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected.
Three out of five sliding doors were inoperable, and the only one that did open didn’t have a working lock for most of our stay. The maintenance technician came out multiple times, and while we were told the doors would be fixed, they remained unusable during our trip.
More concerning was the condition of the porch. Several spindles on the lower railing were detached, creating a clear safety hazard — especially for children. Because of this, we couldn’t safely use the porch for about a day and a half. To their credit, the spindles were repaired during our stay, and they told us that the doors are scheduled to be fixed as well.
We received a $200 compensation, which was appreciated, but it didn’t quite reflect the level of inconvenience and the safety concerns. The home definitely has potential with its great location, but it needs more consistent upkeep and timely repairs to deliver the kind of experience guests should be able to count on.
