The Haven is located in James Island and is perfectly positioned to be in the middle of two of the main attractions of Charleston, namely the beach (Folly) and downtown Charleston. When you walk in you're greeted by a bright and airy interior with beach and classic Charleston inspired decor.
The living room features a large sectional that invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. In the spacious kitchen you will find it is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, a high end coffee bar, and the necessary cooking tools that are perfect for preparing delicious meals with family and friends.
All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated in an intentional way that invites you to feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. They are all equipped with Smart TVs and there is a Netflix account provided so you are able to enjoy TV together in the living room or separately at your own convenience. Every bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner.
Venture outside to your own private oasis. The outdoor space is the highlight of this property, with ample space to relax, cook, and play with a perfect view of the lights and clear night sky (weather permitting of course). Soak in the brand new 7 seater hot tub that comes fully equipped with a speaker and is professionally maintained; perfect for relaxing after a long day playing at the beach, or a great roundoff to a day spent exploring downtown Charleston.
If you are looking for adventure, Folly Beach is just a short 10 minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and much more. A Golden Pass is included which gives you free access to not only the Folly County Park, but all County parks in Charleston. Also, conveniently located just a short walk away is a local park that has pickleball, basketball, tennis, and a large open field.
Downtown Charleston is not to be missed on your stay; just a short 10-15 minute drive and inexpensive Uber (depending on certain times), it is a great way to spend the day exploring the historic houses and sites, followed by eating at one of the many highly rated restaurants and enjoying the ever vibrant night life of downtown Charleston.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Mo’s place. The house was very clean and well equipped. We were about 20 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the beach. We were able to easily get Ubers to both places. Great spot!

We had a wonderful time staying at Mo’s house. It was perfect for a group of 6 and all expectations were exceeded. The house is in a wonderful location, a quiet neighborhood but perfectly in between Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Mo was also very quick to respond and worked with us on check in time!

The host was excellent, communicating with us well in advance and throughout the trip. The home was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. I highly recommend it as a place to stay for your trip to Charleston. It is centrally located, just a 15-minute drive to both the beach and downtown. Even during peak times, Uber rides were no more than 35!

Our stay was lovely & Mo was available to answer all of our questions. Very convenient to the airport, beaches & downtown Charleston as well as a few other attractions. The house was very clean & beds were comfortable, etc.
