Nice bright studio, but with some spice

Great location - quiet but central, very bright and comfortable studio for one person.

You need to be able to endure quite a bit of stress, as there is a lot of threatening with fines... I cannot understand this - if you call the call centre - pay fine, if you use extra towel - pay fine, if you let the smoke get into apartment - pay fine, checking-out a minute late - pay fine, leaving misplaced cups or unwashed dishes - pay fine.. So I don't know, maybe guests in Denmark are usually very high-maintenence, but for me it is very unwelcoming and unpleasant approach. As for other minor things for the apartment - there is a kitchen with a fridge and a stove, but no pan, no bowls, no kettle, no paper towels, used (clean, but still) sponge, no coffee, no nothing welcoming.. also no towel for the bathroom floor, no cushions for the balcony chairs (not sure if they would not fine me if I use the sofa cushions...). Btw, all ended fine for me, behaved well and had no fines to pay :P

The flat is very loud. You can hear everything what is going on in the apartments around you. Not easy to get a good night rest. …music in the middle of the night, even you can hear when the people around have there moments. In one stage I could even hear his balls slapping against her ass… that’s how loud that flats are In the advertisement it was mentioned parking, what was one of our major points, but the parking is for residents only. You have to find your parking somewhere else in town.

Convenient and comfortable

The location is great. Having laundry available is a nice plus. Our unit had a small balcony. This is our third stay here and will probably return in the fall. Beds are comfortable.

No toaster which would be nice. Outside windows are quite dirty. Shade in kitchen window is missing and you look straight into neighbors living area. Pillows are flat for those who prefer a fluffy pillow. Don't like the cleaning fee which we never pay at other accomodations. Need more hangers and suitcase racks.

Worst experience with accommodation ever

When my husband and I arrived to the apartment, we felt that it smells of cigarette smoke. We just opened the windows to let some fresh air in and we didn't complain about it, since we slept with an opened window and otherwise spent the day in the city. After we left, we immediately got the fine of 1500 dkk for smoking in the apartment! And that given that neither me or my husband smoke at all. We tried to settle it with the manager, but he said it is our fault that we didn't complain, so having smoked or not, they will fine us anyway. When we asked him if he could check if it also smelled before us with his cleaning team, he just replied "no". Zero trust to the client and understanding, just blaming and fining us for something we haven't done. We should have read previous the reviews more carefully, apparently we are not the first ones to have received such a rude treatment. Btw, Booking client service tried to solve the problem and has apologized instead of them, while reimbursing us partially. Aalborg is a beautiful city, and we will definitely return, but never again will we use the accommodation of Aday comany.

Locked us out of apartment at midnight on a Sunday to extort us into putting our credit card number into their weird online system. Absolutely terrible customer service and highly unprofessional. Edit: Your response doesn't mention that you locked me out of the room with my belongings inside. Any other hotel would just kindly ask me to pay at reception (or not forget to charge my card in the first place as you did), and if they did go to the extreme measure of throwing me out, it would be their obligation to give me my belongings immediately and we would follow up with the relevant authorities. Your inability to even provide an apology for this is further showing your unprofessionalism.

Die Heizung im Bad ging nicht Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war so schwach und da dauert das Duschen länger Internet ging gar nicht ! Fernseher nur beschränkt Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig , wenn jemand sich laut unterhält dann hört man das durch die Decke

Køleskabet var ikke i orden. Håndvasken i badeværelset var ikke i orden. Alle ledninger og kabler var taget ud, hvilket krævede en opringning - ret frustrerende ! Temmelig lydt - husk ørepropper !

Für ein paar Tage Stadtaufenthalt gut geeignete Unterkunft mit Abstrichen

Die Lage ist gut, um schnell in die Stadt und an den Fjord zu kommen. Im Hinterhof ist Platz, Fahrräder abzustellen. Die Wohnung (Studio) war sehr geräumig, der Balkon ins Grüne schön. Keine Luxusaustattung, aber Preis-Leistung waren in Ordnung. Die Lage lässt einen evtl. ein Auge zudrücken….

Ausstattung im Bad sehr spartanisch. Kleine Ablagefläche. Nur 1 Handtuch p. P., weitere mit Zusatzkosten verfügbar. Zeitweise Gestank aus dem Abfluss, zum Glück nicht dauerhaft. Teppichboden fleckig, aber insgesamt sauberes Appartment. Sehr hellhörig. Kein Parkplatz! Wir fanden dann den Parkplatz Gåsepigen für uns die beste Lösung.

Topp beliggenhet og ellers mye bra, men noen irritasjonspunkter kan enkelt forbedres.

Topp beliggenhet. Helt nydelig med terrasse mot bakgården, hvor alle frokoster ble spist. Fin ny TV som var lett å koble trådløst til iPhone. Det meste var bra, men noe bør forbedres for at det skal få toppkarakter, se under ang hva jeg ikke likte.

Forbedringspunkter: Dårlig/ubrukelig hodepute. Burde vært et ekstra håndkle når vi var der i 3 overnattinger. Teppe på gulvet bør byttes til annet gulvtype(eks laminat e.l.), da teppe er uhygienisk og det var ikke rent/flekker. Det bør leveres mer en 1 stk dorull når vi skal være der 3 overnattinger. Det bør være en kjøkkenklut der, ikke bare kjøkkenhåndkle. Det burde også vært en tørkerull på kjøkkenet. Dusjforhenget bør byttes ut da det ser skittent ut nederst. Terrassen bør få et løft, som kan gjøres ved å høytrykkspyle gulv og møbler.

Fantastisk at være lige midt i byen tæt på nattelivet. Dejligt med vaskerum med 2 vaskemaskiner og 2 tørretumbler. Vi har booket her før og det er bare et godt sted at gå i byen fra.
