Central 3-bedroom apartment with huge terrace, including queen size beds

Size and location

Blanket was too small for the bed. Only one pillow. No hand towels. Insufficient cookware. Coffee machine did not work.

We stayed at the Danmarksgade apartment. ROOMS Quite a few of the promised features were substandard or lacking altogether. The beds had no proper sheets, just second rate terry-cloth covers, hostel style. Most of them with holes in them! There was no promised third room that could be slept in because that room was scorched like a summer sauna. Having more glass panes than wall, it was a greenhouse lacking blinds. The flat looks nice enough (though the walls are too modern and paper thin) but is badly lit due to a complete lack of proper lamps in all ceilings. APPLIANCES The cutlery was hidden away more thoroughly than the secrets of a 15th century Pope, in a drawer within a drawer. After having searched high and low twice over we were finally forced to call management to have him come over to show us. Unbelievable! The TV antenna was permanently disconnected, which meant that much basic content was unavailable (TV news et cetera). SERVICE After having inspected the holes the manager simply stated that "this is no hotel". He was absolutely right. This is a luxury flat, meaning that the quality and standard should be at least as good as, if not better than, a medium-range hotel. We wrote afterwards about left behind belongings. The manager replied that he would look for them, but never got back to us. It's been quite a while now. A refund of 1000 DKK has been requested. The owner is hard to reach.

Central location. All facilities. Bright and airy.

Det var umuligt at få nøglen ud. Heldigvis fik vi hjælp af en af beboerne. Men ellers havde vi været "lost". Er ikke acceptabelt. Der var ingen stikkontakter i køkkenet og der var heller ingen brødrister; vi købte en selv og efterlod den, så nu bliver den gavn for andre gæster. Vi synes, at der er alt for mange dårlig ting; en skam, når lejligheden ellers er ok

Store rom, lyst og deilig med terasse. Fint kjøkken og åpen stue.

Kodeboksen var tricky å få opp. Dørhåndtaket måtte løftes opp for å låse døren. Slitt sengetøy og nupper i overmadrassen som bulet i lakenet. Lite lys i stuen. Bratt trapp om en har med barn eller eldre. Vanskelig å få ned temp i leiligheten tross alle vinduer åpne.

Sentralt

For få stoler ute. Grønt og ekkel på veggen ute. Nølkeøbolsen var jo helt til helsike helt til helvet. Bytt utt!
