About this hotel
This 2 bedroom has one queen and one full size Tempurpedic bed. The property is a naturally landscaped piece of Old Montauk on 2.5 acres with spectacular ocean views. There is central air conditioning and central gas heat. A wood privacy screen separates each outdoor space, an outdoor table that seats 4-6, and a Weber gas grill. Comes with a beach pass ($600 value) to many other Town beaches. There is shared Laundry. Rentals are from Friday to Friday in season June 27 to Labor Day Weekend. Off season 3-night rentals must end on a Friday or a Monday.
The cleaning fee is $275 cash on check-in. The dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

The home was perfect for a weekend getaway. Clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and very cozy. Short walk to the beach or center of town, and easy to access everything in Montauk vis car. I would absolutely stay here again in any season.

Our second time to Twin Pond and our visit was just as memorable ! We had 7 days of sunshine which made our trip that much better . Twin Pond is most peaceful property I’ve ever been to in my 30 years of visiting Montauk . The view is priceless and the property is beautiful ! Can’t wait to go back! We already plan to come back in the fall and again next summer . Thank you again to Jeanne for another fantastic visit ! John & Larene
