Welcome to Soul2 🌴, a collection of brand-new condos perfectly located with all the amenities you'll need for a memorable vacation. And guess what? We're pet-friendly 🐶 ! Bring along your furry friends to enjoy this amazing space.
Walking through the front door of your 2nd-story condo, you'll be greeted by an open and airy main living space. With a large fully equipped kitchen, you'll be able to cook up a great meal after a long day at the beach! For dining, either use the sit-up bar or wooden dining table for 4. Just off this space is the living area with a double futon, Smart TV, and a balcony with a large sliding door.
Head into the tastefully decorated master bedroom where you'll find a king bed, lots of closet space, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The best part of the Soul building has to be the great rooftop. This is where you'll find the large pool, lounging chairs, and a great view of the Caribbean.
Want to head out and explore Playa del Carmen? You're right on historic 5th Avenue with all the shops, bars, and world-class restaurants. Or head to the beach and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean while sipping on a cocktail from one of the local beach clubs.

The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light.
The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all.

Before arrival we were given instructions from the management company on how to access our suite however the information was inaccurate. There was no security at the front desk, no sign in. If it wasn’t for someone coming out of the building and trusted that we were staying there, would we have been able to get to our suite. We had to ask another tenant for the security code for the outside door or we wouldn’t have been able to leave. Not sure how secure it is when everyone has the same code. After a few days, the management company had a security guard hired. When we got to our suite they were still cleaning it although check in was 3pm and we arrive well after that. The condo suite was very comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top swimming pool however the furniture needs to be replaced. During our stay, they were starting to work on renovations to the pool patio (lighting for evening, cushions for the wicker furniture. The staff indicated that new loungers were coming as well as tile work on the pool. When you look at the amenities of Soul 1 (the condo right beside), Soul 2 needs a little work. Even with work needing to be completed to make holiday guest more comfortable, we had a great stay.

Apartament was clean and nice. There is only one window facing closed patio, so there is no light coming in. No problem for us since we spent all our time on the beaches and in town. Owner responded quick for our questions and minor issues. We've been charge by mistake 2 times of last payment and I hope this will be resolved soon. I will make an update about it.

Nice property and well located on the 5th. Part of the 5th less busy and quieter at night which is a bonus for sleep. Many dining options available. Nice supermarket at 750m (10 min.). AC unit is super quiet. I recommend.
