I had a great long-term stay at this apartment in the heart of lovely Playa del Carmen! The location is perfect, just a few blocks to the beach and right on 5th Avenue within steps from the best restaurants and bars.
The noise of 5th Avenue was not an issue for me, but the renters have provided noise machines in both bedroom. The apartment was very clean upon arrival with plenty of towels & linens. The rooftop pool was a welcomed end to the day or perfect for catching rays during the day!
I would highly recommend this condo for short-term or long-term stays in Playa del Carmen!

The property is beautiful with comfortable and modern furniture and amenities. The location is just few steps from dozens of great restaurants and shops. If you want the beach, access is only about a block away. Fairies to Cozumel are also within walking distance. Visiting Mayan ruins in Tulum is only about a 40 minute drive. The host was easily accessible, responded quickly, and provided a lot of great recommendations. We will definitely be returning!
