The neighborhood

Good location and condo itself looks new. Grocery and fruit stores are right next to the condo in case if you need essentials. Only a few minutes walk to 5th Avenue and many restaurants nearby. They have washing/drying machines and cookware.

The sound insulation is non-existent, you hear everything through the walls and windows. Noisy fridge. The area is quiet, but the neighbors are very loud and the walls are too thin. We also had cockroaches and many mosquitoes in the room. They sprayed for roaches the next day, but the chemical smell made it impossible to sleep that night. Additionally, the shower needs a rack for toiletries, as it’s inconvenient to pick them up from the floor, and a drying rack on the balcony is necessary too as clothes don't dry indoors/outdoors on the ground floor, leaving a damp smell in the room. Also, we could only use the laundry detergent once, after that, it was missing from the shelf, I guess it’s not complimentary, so we bought our own. The host never thanked or said goodbye or anything.
