"Beautiful stay at Sands. We enjoyed the location walkable to PDC beach and 5th avenue but far away enough for me. Lots of local fruterias and shops nearby. Very nice view from the rooftop pool."

Keys are code based which can be messaged to you before arrival and allows for a late arrival easily. Relatively cheap Effective air conditioning Plenty of nearby and road parking Reasonably well appointed new build condos
The room was a bit musky and humid when we arrived. Air conditioning helped but the drains in the building still smell a bit. Balcony is overlooked by neighbours roof especially 2nd floor or below. Blinds dont provide easy cover and there are no daylight blinds that still let in light whist allowing you to wander around in some privacy. Bed itself is a Double not a King or Queen and not that comfortable. Location is not that near much nightlife or food so you may end up getting cabs to the other end of playa if you don't want to walk. InDrive works but Uber does not.
