The quietly located 1st sea line villa facing south offers a breathtaking sea view and with its 3 separate living units offers the ideal holiday domicile for the whole family including grandparents who also want to keep and enjoy their privacy while on vacation.
There is a stone beach directly below the villa. The sandy beach is 5 minutes by car. All other no beaches in the nearby bays can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
The villa is located in a small, quiet ring road. A large supermarket, pharmacy, bank and some restaurants and a beautiful beach bar with hot dishes are within walking distance.
The 9-hole Ifach de Moraira golf course is only a 3-minute drive away (2 golf sets are available in the villa).
Inside the property is a closed garage with an electric gate, in front of it a parking space for a small car.
The villa offers the following on the entrance level:
-The entrance area with transition to an approximately 50 m² living area with comfortable sofas. Adjacent is an open dining area with a large round dining table for 6 people and an open, fully equipped American kitchen (gas hob) with exquisite dishes. Through the large panoramic windows you have a spectacular sea view to Calpe with its landmark, the Peñón de Ifach rock and the picturesque hills of Benissa Costa with their beautiful villas. An exercise bike is also available, which gives you twice as much desire to do something for your body on vacation.
In the living room is a television with spanish and international channels.
-A large bedroom with a large, mirrored wardrobe, a large double bed 180 x 200 cm with bedside tables and a chest of drawers for additional storage space. A television is also available. Next door is the romantic bathroom en-suite with a bath, a large vanity and toilet. From the bathroom and bedroom you have a beautiful sea view over the coast.
There is also an office with a sofa bed for another person. Next to it is a shower room with toilet and vanity.
The bedroom and the main bathroom as well as the kitchen and the office have blinds.
From the salon there are two steps to a large glazed conservatory with access to a large terrace with electric awnings. One level below is the 9 x 4 m kidney-shaped pool with outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a lawn, beautiful Mediterranean plants, trees and bushes.
At the dining area of the main apartment is another exit with access to the barbecue area with a stone seating area.
There are sun beds for 6 people.
In the basement of the villa, on the pool level, there is a separate apartment with a large living / bedroom with a double bed 200 x 200 cm, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as various seating. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob (no dishwasher) with a dining table for 4 people, as well as a shower room with toilet and vanity. In front of the apartment is a small terrace with electric awnings.
Above the garage is another small studio with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and a small shower room with toilet. There is an electric external awning for sun protection in front of the studio.
All bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito nets. In the main apartment there is central air conditioning hot / cold. Air conditioning units are installed hot / cold in the separate apartments.
The washing machine and dryer are in the garage.

* Please note that the prices for the winter months (November-February) are only valid for the main apartment of the villa (max. 3 people). Final cleaning costs are € 130.00 *
Arrival and departure on Sunday as well as arrival and departure after 9 p.m .: only by prior arrangement at a price of € 20.00
We are also happy to provide a cot including linen for € 60 per stay on request. A baby high chair for € 40.00 per stay.
If you want, you can also borrow something to better perceive the beautiful landscape.
Bicycle, quad and scooter rentals are available in Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia.
An absolute MUST is to visit my favorite bay in Javea / Granadella. Here was part of the film 'Cold light of day' (2012) with Bruce Willis and Sigourney Weaver filmed and as well the new movie"Uncharted" with Tom Holland (Spiderman).
The sea is very clear but often very rough. It is a bit difficult to get into the water due to the undercurrent and the large pebbles. Shoes are essential. But the view of this bay is simply unique.
In the summer months it is very crowded here. It is recommended to arrive before lunch, as there are only limited parking spaces.

The house is very nice, especially the view from the living room and the terrace. Equipment is complete en good. Perfect place to stay, with much privacy.

Nestled atop a cliff at Costa Blanca we found this sanctuary of a home with a one-of-a-kind view for our vacation in the summer of 2022. Each day we spent hours on the porch watching the activities on the waterfront and on the beach. Whenever the warmth of the sun took a bite at us we went into the pool, which is clean and tended to. The house has its charm with the interior kept in a nostalgic style, making you comfortable and reminding you, that you are the guest here, and that you show respect for the love the owners put into the place. The kitchen is very well equipped, and since we enjoy cooking the kitchen served us well with whatever needs we had to prepare our meals. After a long day of activity you’ll find comfortable beds and good pillows for sleeping.
The residence is close by one of the best supermarket in the area with a very broad variety of goods, both local and foreign. It’s a 700m walk, so you don’t need to drive to get small needs covered. 5 minutes drive from the residence you find Moirara beach, which is cleaned daily. The waters are crystal clear and excellent for swimming. Should you be more curious for diving there’s plenty of coves along the waterfront with rocks that sparkle the wild life of the sea. We went to some of the restaurants along the main road of the coast and there are so many cuisines that you’re almost certain to find your favorites. We can recommend Die kleine Weltlaterne.
