About this apartment rental

Our small holiday complex, completed in December 2019, is located directly on the Wieker Bodden, with a line of sight across the Baltic Sea to Hiddensee
and one of the most popular port facilities in the Baltic Sea area.
During the season, boat tours to Hiddensee also start from Wieker Harbor, so that the little sister of the island of Rügen can not only be marveled at from afar, but also visited on a day trip.

Our 20 holiday apartments are divided into 10 holiday homes and are 60 square meters in size and modernly furnished. They offer space for 4 people (extra bed for a 5th person is possible). The open living-dining area includes a fully equipped kitchenette, which is ideal for self-catering. It is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine as well as enough dishes for 5 people are included.
The comfortably furnished living-dining area with couch and dining area with a view of the bay and satellite TV invites you to spend relaxing evenings.
The apartment has two bedrooms that are furnished with a double box spring bed and a bunk bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
A spacious, furnished terrace or balcony is available for mild evenings.
Parking spaces are free of charge. The initial supply of towels and bed linen is not included in the price. Please inform us in good time if you want to use this service.

Die Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt prima. Es handelt sich um ein Resort mit 10 Häusern zu je 2 Wohnungen. rundherum viel Grasfläche und die Häuser immer so gedreht, dass man den "Anderen" nicht unbedingt auf die Terrasse schaut. Zentral ein Parkplatz und 2 "feste" Grillmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnungen scheinen identisch sind modern eingerichtet und werden sehr sauber gepflegt. Abzüge bei uns: -Wer sich selbst Versorgen möchte aufgepasst hier wurde leider (zumindest in unserer Wohnung) an Ausstattung gespart. 5 Teller fürs Frühstück, ein paar tiefe /flache Teller; 5 Messer fürs Frühstück ... dann muss auch gespült werde;....und kaum weiteres Equipment. Für entspannte Selbstversorgung ohne Essengehen nicht wirklich geeignet. -Standardmäßig kein WLAN - in der aktuellen Zeit und für den Preis verwunderlich. - Die Jalousien sind sehr schick, wer aber nur im Dunkeln schlafen kann sollte sich eine Schlafmaske mitbringen ...und da kann niemand was dafür: Ohne AntiBrum geht Abends gar nichts....nicht vergessen das ist elementar Insgesamt war das aber eine tolle, moderne, saubere Location und ist unter Beachtung der o.a. Punkte echt toll.

Also der versprochene Blick auf den Bodden wahrscheinlich nur von den Häusern direkt an der Straße. Sonst guckt man auf den Parkplatz oder ins Grüne. Wir waren im OG und es fehlten Vorhänge um zu verdunkeln oder auch abends bei Licht die Nachbarn „draußen“ zu lassen. Die Kinderzimmer hatten im OG das Dachfenster direkt über dem Hochbett und wir hatten gutes und warmes Wetter, so dass ab 6 Uhr die Sonne auf das Bett schien und an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken war. Es war so oder so sehr warm im OG. Keine Fliegengitter, dadurch sehr viele Spinnen und Mücken in der Wohnung. Entweder waren wir zu blöd für die Klimaanlage aber außer Geräusche hat sie nichts gemacht. Das WLAN Passwort gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Im Flur gab es einen Bewegungsmelder für das Licht. Das war sehr nervig, zumal wir ja keine Vorhänge hatten. Das Problem konnten wir aber dank eines netten Mitarbeiters, der gerade auf der Wohnanlage anwesend war, lösen. RauchmelderFehlalarm gab es auch zwischendurch immer mal. Sonst alles easy und ok. Betten bequem aber Inlays zu dick für den Sommer, Küche war absolut ausreichend ausgestattet und Dusche und WC waren separat. Allerdings stand nach dem Duschen das Wasser vor der Dusche.
