Exterior description:
House facing the sea on a 425m² plot with Mediterranean garden, 7x3m swimming pool with alarm, 130m² wooden terrace and private staircase to descend to the sea.

Ground floor:
1 living room / kitchen of 55 m² opening onto the terrace with sea view.
1 bedroom of 22 m² with 160 cm bed and private bathroom with WC.
1 Office 11 m² sea view interior decoration of boat.
1 Back kitchen with washing machine, freezer and large cupboard + separate WC.
Floor:
1 bedroom sea view of 15 m² with 160 bed and large closet.
1 bedroom sea view of 12 m² with 140 bed and large closet.
1 bathroom with wc.
1 Landing with large storage.
Wi-fi, television.
The price includes the complete bedding sets, towels, tea towels etc. and also includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity.
Angoulins is a typical fishing village bordered by the ocean, located 7 km from the center of La Rochelle which is accessible either by a cycle path along the seaside or by train. The train station is 500 m from the house and arrives directly at the city center of La Rochelle about 1/4 of the way.
This village has a very large commercial area with a Carrefour hyper-market. In the center of the village all local shops, and a covered market, bicycle rental.
Angoulins beach is 400 m from the house via the cycle path.
The house overlooks the small port of Loiron decorated with a postcard, at high tide the water is at the foot of the staircase of the descent to the sea where you bathe.
The house faces south and is sheltered from westerly winds, which allows you to eat outside almost always. Very very quiet and charming place, out of the summer rush.
All sports activities nearby with sailing and kitesurfing school, equestrian center, tennis lessons, swimming at the foot of the house. Visits to La Rochelle, the islands of Aix, Oléron and the Ile de Ré without forgetting Fort Boyard and Green Venice. Bike rides along the coast etc ...
About 5 km away is the seaside resort of Châtelaillon, also accessible by the cycle path. Châtelaillon has a large thalassotherapy center, a casino and a very large beach with all water sports.

Lieux magnifique, bercé par le doux bruit des vagues au gré des marées. Environnement calme et vue sur les îles, Fort Enet et Fort Boyard... On en prend plein les yeux à toute heure de la journée. La piscine chauffée, les pistes cyclables, les sentiers côtiers contribuent à faire de notre séjour un moment d'exception. Bref, enchantés de notre séjour.
