Blue George Apartment

The apartment was in the perfect location for walking around Venice, and it was an easy water ferry along the main canal to the transportation options. It was easy to find (street labels are on the side of buildings), and easy to access. The hosts were communicative, and the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. This was the most stocked pantry we had our entire trip - kudos to the hosts for providing for guests. The beds were comfortable, the crib was really nice and they even had a high chair! There are stairs up to the apartment, and one staircase in the apartment, but stairs are to be expected in Europe, and it didn’t hinder our stay. Additionally, despite being in the middle of a tourist area, the apartment is tucked back enough from the main walkway that there were no noise issues.

Truly, we didn’t have any dislikes.

It was lovely and clean, just as the photos. The breakfast items were really delicious and appreciated.

There were many steps to the first floor, 38 I think. It was also noisy into the night as there were a couple of bars downstairs and in the alleyway beside the apt. Ear plugs helped.

The stairs! With a 2 yr old it was impossible to keep her away from the stairs at all times so it was stressful as the stairs to the apartment and also to the bedroom upstairs was quite steep and not safe for a baby
