Lovely hotel, great comfortable room.
Very clean. Amazing views.
Great to have coffee making facilities in the room.
The terrace was in need of repair and paint. It had mould in parts and looked dirty.
A paint is long over due.

Fantastic views of the city and castle, great location to start our biking tours. Bikes safely stowed inside, the room was very spacious and enjoyed the jacuzzi bath after the cycling. Location perfect for us, slightly away from the centre of town.
The hotel is in need of updating/serious maintenance. The gym area very damp and cold. The breakfast buffet was not very appealing, nor the dinner menu so we ate all meals in town- where there is plenty of choice.
