Lovely family stay in heart of Italy

Lovely welcoming Italian family that were kind and genuine, nothing was too much trouble, lovely pool which we often had to ourselves as only three apartments. Gorgeous home made breakfast and what a treat we could have with a second cappuccino. Apartment was excellent modern and great bed with super ac. Lovely area to sit outside in the evening.

My wife and I spent a fantastic holiday at Agriturismo I Cedri and we are absolutely delighted! This place exceeded our wildest expectations. From the very beginning, we felt looked after by the wonderful and incredibly hospitable hosts, whom we would like to thank for creating such a warm atmosphere. The conditions at Agriturismo I Cedri are simply fantastic. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and furnished with attention to every detail, making us feel both comfortable and luxurious. The entire property radiates peace and authenticity, surrounded by beautiful, green scenery. What's more, we had the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful swimming pool, which was the perfect place to relax and cool down on hot days! It's a true oasis of peace. We started every morning with delicious, fresh, toscania breakfasts that gave us energy for the whole day. An added bonus is that the owner is a producer of excellent olive oil. We had the chance to taste it and, without hesitation, bought a few bottles as a souvenir – its taste is incomparable! We wholeheartedly recommend Agriturismo I Cedri to anyone looking for a unique place to relax in a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back!

Very disappointed - expected much more from the review rating

The family were very friendly as other reviews have stated but spoke no English. The bathroom was modern & clean. Breakfast was ok but the croissants were hard & dry

The studio smelled as though it had been locked up for winter & not aired - an very unpleasant strong musty, mouldy smell was present the whole time we were there. The door lock was faulty. We couldn’t lock the door when we went out during the day or when we were sleeping - this is a basic! When we queried it a shrug & “it sticks a bit” was the only response - no, it was broken. It needs to be clearer that there is no service provided - no change of linens, towels, emptying of rubbish, or refreshing of toiletries. There is no shower gel or soap only hand soap & a tiny bottle of shampoo per person. We asked, but nothing was provided. Heating issues have been noted by other reviewers & we found the same - controls don’t work or it is being remotely controlled by the hosts. We were warm the first night but froze the next. The kitchen did not have a microwave when they had stated it did. It is in the middle of nowhere in the backyard of a farmhouse, but not a working farm. A few chickens, a dog & a cat. Not what we were expecting considering the glowing reviews, although the reviews seem to concentrate more on the family rather than the facilities. We went on to stay at another agriturismo which was less expensive & had a wonderful experience

Exceptional

We had a great time at iCedri! The hosts were very prompt, helpful and friendly, the rooms spacious and clean. Amazing surroundings with private pool, for the house guests only. It is a nice and quiet area. Last, but not least, the breakfast was amazing and so was the coffee! We had a great time there and warmly reccomend. Do not forget to buy the their very tasty olive oil.

Our only regret was that our stay was too short, we would have gladly spent 2 weeks there instead of one! We know for next time.

Superb

we had a great stay here. the surroundings are beautiful, you can only see greenery and trees from the property. very comfortable bed and good pillows. great bathroom. a bowl of fruit was waiting for us when we arrived. very nice hosts. very good breakfast with many options to choose from(but no vegetablws), they also make good coffee. pool is large enough for swimming. good wifi, also good for video calls and is available everywhere on the property.

no mobile signal. no storage space for your clothes in the studio. a bit hard to find - a very narrow road leads up to the property, there are a few signs but they are dark brown and not so visible.

Perfect place for nature lovers and excellent base to explore Tuscany and Umbria. The host family is super friendly. Our apartment was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great holiday, despite bad weather.

the host and family are very nice and accommodating. The apartment we stayed in was very nicely furnished, good quality and are actually nicer than shown on the website. The breakfast is very good!

The road towards the facility (last 2km from main road) is narrow and can be challenging when someone is approaching you. This only happened a couple of times to us.

The location, the property and the family that own it are fantastic!

We loved everything. It is a stunning apartment, beautiful and completely new construction - all high quality and well designed. the pool and pool area were also idyllic. The breakfast was always delicious with a nice variety of dishes every day with cappuccino every morning. We can’t wait to return on another occasion. The dog on the property is super well behaved and friendly. We miss him already. If you are not a dog person, it’s okay because he will stay away. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. We were thrilled!

This place was like paradise for us! Massimo and his family are the greatest and nicest hosts you will find. The included breakfast was very delicious and varied every day. The apartment was perfect and had everything - very clean and well-appointed. The garden and the surrounding nature are just gorgeous. A special highlight: To be in Tyson's company, when you're having breakfast under the cedars or while sitting in the garden - he is one of a kind :-). We are looking forward to staying here again soon. Grazie mille e a presto!

Host Massimo and his family really make a difference. They are welcoming in every way, notably over a tremendous breakfast during which he gave us some great ideas for visits to local towns, etc.

It is a little hard to find due to poor wireless reception in the area, but worth the effort.

Luogo bello e tranquillo. Qualche attenzione al riscaldamento.

Il posto molto bello e tranquillo. La casa era totalmente ristrutturata e messa a nuovo. Il wifi prendeva dappertutto. Colazione abbondante e buonissima. I proprietari molto gentili e premurosi.

Al nostro arrivo la casa è risultata molto fredda anche se avevano acceso il riscaldamento molto prima ma purtroppo molto lento . Bisogna fare attenzione. Purtroppo il posto è situato dove non c'è linea cellulare, perciò sarete solo con la linea internet data dalla struttura. Anche al di fuori per qualche km non c'è segnale.

Tutto benissimo

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige idyllische Lage inmitten der Natur mit Pool. Alles sehr sauber. Vielfältiges, liebevoll selbst hergestelltes Frühstück. Vermieter sehr nett und herzlich. Sehr gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 10 min von Cortona entfernt. Perugia und Arrezzo sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Gibt nichts vergleichbares

Vielleicht gleich mal zum Start...mit den Bildern hier auf Booking, kann man sich nicht annähernd ein Bild davon machen, wie es da vor Ort aussieht. Die Appartements sind noch schöner, der Pool um ein Vielfaches größer und auch das Grundstück gibt so unglaublich viel her. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Weit weg vom Trubel, absolute Ruhe, viele verschiedenste Tiere (Geckos, Frösche, Eidechsen, Skorpione (mini) usw.). Wir waren 12 Tage vor Ort und es war nie langweilig. Klar, wir sind nach Cortona, Montepulciano, Livorno und ans Meer gefahren, hatten aber auch einige Tage einfach auf dem Hof. Mit Kindern ein Traum. Alles umzäunt und wie gesagt, der Pool is riesig. Zu den Gastgebern gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Massimo und seine Familie sind einfach super nett und wahnsinnig bemüht. Man hat in diesen Appartments alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben auch den Wäscheservice genutzt und auch das hat super geklappt. Frühstück? Traumhaft. Das macht die Mama der Familie mit so viel Herz, dass man das direkt schmeckt. Ein Tipp...schaut wirklich in den Städten,wo ihr parkt. Wir hatten einige Parkhäuser, welche so klein waren, dass wir mit unserem SUV evtl. reingekommen wären, aber sicher nicht mehr raus ;). Die Gegend rund um Cortona ist absolut sehenswert und es lohnt t sich, auch mal von der Straßen anzubiegen und nach "Gefühl" zu fahren. So haben wir wunderbare Panoramaansichten entdeckt. Empfehlung zum Einkaufen: Koop...die anderen Läden sind einfsch sehr schmutzig. Genießt die Tage bei Massimo

Das Einzige und das ist tatsächlich lästig...Mücken.aber das gehört dazu, wenn man auf dem Land Urlaub machen möchte ;)

Prachtig huis, uitstekend ontbijt maar niet nog een keer

Kleinschalig, er zijn maar 3 appartementen. De appartementen zijn zeer mooi afgewerkt,smaakvolle inrichting en authentieke materialen zijn er gebruikt. Lekkere bedden en goed uitgeruste keuken. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, met elke dag verse streekproducten. Het eigenaren vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De foto’s met daarop de ligweide met ligstoelen en het zitje met de kussens is gereserveerd voor het grotere appartement aan de voorzijde. Ons (deluxe middelgrote 4- persoons )appartement lag aan de achterzijde en daar stond een eettafel met uitzicht op de muur en 2 ligstoelen op maar een paar m2 gras in de schaduw zonder uitzicht. Dat was voor ons een grote teleurstelling en niet duidelijk in de beschrijving aangezien we in de zomer vnl buiten leven en ik dit had uitgezocht vanwege het uitzicht en tuin. De (tijger)muggen waren daarnaast erg hinderlijk en in te grote aantallen aanwezig. Hiervoor was wel een horgordijn rondom de eettafel buiten maar dit ontbrak voor de ramen waardoor we niet even het huis konden door luchten zonder tientallen muggen binnen te laten.

Idealna lokalizacja, piękna okolica, cicho i spokojnie. Przemili gospodarze. Śniadania przepyszne, włoskie z cudowna kawa. Basen, apartament bardzo wygodny, pięknie urządzony w toskańskim stylu. Pachnący i idealnie wysprzątany. I uroczy piesek. Było cudownie, jak w raju, chętnie bym wrocila.

Ein ruhiger Ort, der abschalten lässt.

Die Größe des Apartments, sowie die landestypischen Details haben uns sehr gut gefallen. das Gebäude war sehr gut instand gehalten. In jedem Wohnraum gab es eine Klimaanlage und einen Fernseher. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Seife, etc. waren vorhanden. Kleiner Hinweis: das Appartement wird während des Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt. Wir haben aber in der Mitte der Zeit nach neuen Handtüchern gefragt und anstandslos Austausch erhalten. Jede der 3 Wohneinheiten hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Pavillon inkl. Mückennetz. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Massimo und Francesco sprechen so gut Englisch, dass wir uns gut verständigen konnten. Die Damen des Hauses sprechen nur Italienisch, sind aber ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit. Massimo hat uns mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden und auch gerne im nahegelegenen Restaurant einen Tisch für uns reserviert. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer schmalen Straße, die aber durchgehend asphaltiert ist, bis auf die letzten 10 Meter. Wir haben trotz Motorradanhänger die Anfahrt gut meistern können. Es empfiehlt sich, für die Anfahrt auf Google Maps zu hören. Da es sich um ein AGRItourismo handelt, muss man zwangsläufig mit sehr vielen Mücken, Hühnern und einem freundlichen Hund namens Nami rechnen. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab immer herzhafte und süße Kleinigkeiten. Kein typisches Hotelbuffet! Klein, fein und ausreichend. Weder Restaurants noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Man ist auf einen fahrbaren Untersatz angewiesen.

Die Stühle auf der Terrasse hätten zum längeren Verweilen einen Tick bequemer sein können. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ein zusätzlicher Mückenschutz vor den Türen und Fenstern wäre sicherlich ratsam.

Wszystko! Przepiękne miejsce, otoczone zielenią, kwiatami niesamowitymi widokami. Dom z kamienia, bardzo zadbany i gustownie urządzony. Przepyszne świeżutkie śniadania, z różnorodnymi produktami. Przemili gospodarze i urocze zwierzęta. Wszystko było top!

Quiete e ospitalità tra natura e relax.

L' agriturismo è incantevole, immerso nella natura, curato e accogliente. Massimo e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, disponibili ma comunque discrete. I miei bimbi hanno adorato accompagnare la "nonnina" al pollaio e giocare con la cucciola Nami. Davvero ottima esperienza!

Ci è piaciuto tutto del soggiorno! Giusto un consiglio, visto che siete molto ospitali anche con i più piccoli, potreste eventualmente offrire su richiesta un seggiolone... Ma è davvero l' unica cosa che mi viene in mente!

Posizione in mezzo al verde, e vicina a Cortona. Famiglia super gentile e disponibile. La struttura è ben curata e fornitura di tutti i comfort. Colazione ottima con prodotti fatti in casa.
