Great resort, lots of activities, needs some changes about drinks policies…

I liked the resort, having so many activities you can do… and it looks wonderful… the nature is so awesome…

I didn’t like the food that much… it wasn’t bad but it was not great either… overall a mediocre experience… but the think i disliked the most was the fact that you didn’t have water for free everywhere all day… for an all inclusive experience, i expected being able to have water to drink all day… or at least let me refill my bottles…

Great house, nice beach, sadly cafeteria has dirty plates, cutlery and glasses ...

Location of the camp is beautiful, the animators at the beach and at the mini disco are great, the beach and the mobile house is also great. The mobile house is big enough and was clean, the terrace is nice and big, the location is well positioned, with a gorgeous view and very close to the sea.

A few problems: first, the staff at the bar doesn't want to work, and second, the food area is dirty, with dirty dishes, dirty glasses, and dirty cutlery every day. We warned them, they ignored it, we even got told, so what? At the bar, they always made excuses. Out of the 8 different servers we interacted with, 2 were good; everyone else didn't want to work there. Also at checkout, we got insulted by the person that we are lieing to them, that nobody told us we can checkout at the entrance reception, even though we were told this by the main recepcion, as we came to ask for transport from mobile house to entrance, and asked if we need to checkout there or can we do it at the other reception as we get transporeted out.

Even though the forest is really nice, the hotel is definetley not value for money. I would never come back there.

The mobile house was nice, although a bit too small. The location of was very nice with the pine forest!

The beach is mostly rocky so it’s not suitable for kids. The only small sandy beach is extremely crowded and it’s very hard to find a free sun beds unless you occupy them from the early morning. The restaurant, which is in my opinion one of the main part of all-inclusive, is quite bad though. The food variety is small, but even bigger problem is the quality of food. For the price paid, I would expect the restaurant to be a high quality, but in reality we were going out to other places (which is hard to do without a car) just to have some nice meal. Also logistics of the restaurant is bad, so there are constant lines in multiple places. Overall the whole hotel seems to be overcrowded while infrastructure is not designed to handle this amount of people.

Disappointing

The setting by the sea is lovely. Our deluxe cabin was nice but very compact - tiny rooms, really tiny living area but good terrace and sea view. The food was "OK" but the same thing every day. Our friends were in the premium cabin and the difference was not worth the upgrade.

For the price, we were disappointed, it is really so expensive for basic place, only OK food, facilities all appear to be for on-site teenage campers who scream from the water at 8am. 3 nights was enough. Would not return. We were given the wrong room when we arrived as they could not find the keys - but they did not tell us this until the following morning after we had unpacked everything. Gentleman we dealt with to rearrange our room was very abrupt.

Very nice area where this resort is located. Also very clean sea,nice and new mobile homes located near beach.

What could be better is variety of food,and also better behaved stuff in the restaurant. I am not curious about nervous lady that is serving food. You should also check sometimes the cleanness of glasses at the restaurant, it was huge problem.

Amazing pine resort

We stayed at mobile home 363 and I can for sure say: amazing. Amazing resort; Sand beach if you like it, or stone one. Walking in pines, or playing tennis, basketball? Archery? Or else? Aqua fun? Very nice area, clean, smells of pines. Amazing space/home; Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, enough space for 4 persons. Equipped kitchen (we used only for making a morning coffee), champagne, coffee, milk, bottled water, toilet paper, shampoo, trash bags, dishwasher tabs - name it - they have it. Very clean home. Amazing restaurant; Big area: lot of freshly prepared food, you will always find something. We ate 7 different fish for 7 days. You can enjoy sea food, meat, pasta, pizza, vegetables, fruits...

Only one tiny thing: we need more of a nice deserts/sweets please. Four of us craved nicer deserts.

Great location but the food and drinks include in the price was really disappointing

Location was perfect, located in a huge pine beach and next to the sea, the scent of the pines and the sea can't be topped. Great sandy beach and great playground for kids. Animation program for kids is also great which is a great plus

The price of the stay includes an "all inclusive" stay that consists of breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner + drinks and that was true but the quality of everything is really bad. We stayed there for 4 days and we didn't eat or drink anything that was worth mentioning. Really sad they don't try a bit more and prepare food that would wow the guests. Rather have a couple dishes less but up the quality than to have a lot of dishes where nothing tastes good. Have a proper BBQ would be a game changer as well, they can offer a lot of sea food but without a proper BBQ it just tastes bland. During our stay, they were still working on the resort and patching things up so there were tractors and heavy equipment roaming through the resort which was not ok considering we were paying the full price. The water pressure in our mobile home was so low that it was a challenge to take a shower, not sure if it is the same in others as well. The lighting in the pathways is really dim and non existent at some places and it's very easy to trip when walking to your place at night. There is one little dim light post every 50m or so which is just too little. All in all, great location and nature and a lot for the kids to do but WAY to expensive for what you get.

Excellent venue

This was our seventh family vacation here and we are once again very satisfied. It is very clean, has many interesting facilities, wonderful food, great for kids! Highly recommending it!

Could be worse

1. A lot of free activities for kids from age 5-6 and adults that are usually paid 2. One of few locations in Croatia working with full board concept that capable to accept family with 3-4 children in one room 3. Compared to other bungalows where most guests leave we had a normal house with conditioner and 2 personal bathroooms.

1. Mobile homes are not cleaned during the stay at all (even rubbish is not thrown and no spare rubbish bags given) and there is no ability to do it ourselves 2. A terrible beach - we chose this hotel because it was promised a nice beach lagoon for small kids. So lagoon presents but in the morning water there is terribly cold and in the afternoon it has a lot of rubbish from all-around. Our kids just refused to swim there for a moment 3. No rules working for the beach sun beds. We could come in the morning and find almost no one on the beach but half of sun beds occupied with the towels. The last week when more people came and hotel became full there were no free sun beds at all at 10am with still quite few people on the beach. People just throw a towel for the whole day and came for a couple of hours. 4. Quite a lot of wasps in a restaurant. And they are becoming more and more agressive. We asked staff several times to do something with them as they are making a nest inside the entering gates, but nothing was done. So everyone who has allergy to bees or wasps please be careful. 5. Terrible roads inside the territory covered with macadam. When it's small it's safe, but there is always a lot of dust when you walk on it or a hotel car passing by. But there were also quite some roads where pavement is quite rough so kids can easily be injured if they fell there 6. Food is always the same and after a couple of days we wanted to eat somewhere outside but there is nothing around. At least we didn't have any issues with food quality. 7. Glasses for spirits and plates are not washed properly. 8. Hygiene in tolets is not done properly - I often noticed tolets being in a condition that I didn't want to use them. 9. Hotel parking is not enough for this amount of guests. It's just a territory between big trees so sometimes it was extremely hard to find a place or get out of the parking

The mobile homes are really nice. I have not stayed in one of the bungalows myself, but I am not sure if I would love to after I have seen that they are neither equiped with running water nor electricity.

The Buffett could have been better. I always found enough very good main dishes, however, but starters and desert basically weren't existent.

Great place for vacation!

Very well organized facility with a lot of options to spend free time including windsurfing, sailing etc. Extremely clean, well placed, offering nice sandy beach (very crowded) and calm places for those who want to relax in a pine wood.

The property is great but I think the staff should be better trained to be more friendly and open for interactions with visitors.

zu teuer für das Gebotene - das Verhältnis Preis/Leistung passt hier nicht

Der Umstand, dass es tagsüber auf dem Abschnitt des Resorts in dem unsere Unterkunft situiert war, sehr ruhig war. Die Sauberkeit am Strand. Ein ausdrückliches Lob an den Surflehrer - sehr freundlich, engagiert und kompetent. Generell kann festgehalten werden, dass das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ist.

Wir buchten einen All-inklusive-Urlaub zu einem "sehr gehobenen" Preis. Dennoch (und so sieht es das Konzept dieses Resorts vor) mussten wir uns zu den Essenszeiten mit all den anderen Urlaubern beim Buffet durchkämpfen. Das ist hier in keinster Weise als abwertend zu verstehen, soll lediglich auf den Umstand hinweisen, dass bei einem "sehr gehobenen" Preis das nicht die Vorstellung von "gemütlich Essen gehen" ist. Minutenlanges Anstellen und Warten in der Schlage und wenn man dann endlich an der Reihe war "momentan leider nicht verfügbar" waren an der Tagesordnung. Dazu waren die Speisen oftmals kalt. Generell erfüllten die angebotenen Mahlzeiten und die Begleitumstände nicht die Erwartungen. Das System für die Buchungen der Freizeitaktivitäten ist äußerst umständlich und noch dazu funktioniert dieses nicht zuverlässig. Buchungen sind leider mehrfach "verloren" gegangen bzw. waren vor Ort (Aktivität) nicht aufliegend. Unsere Unterkunft war nah am Nachbarcampingplatz - der von dort ausgehende Lärm (jede Nacht) hat uns so manche schlaflose Stunde beschert. Der Teil des Strandes, welcher öffentlich zugänglich ist, war jeden Tag dermaßen überlaufen, dass man diesen nur meiden konnte - dieser Umstand ist aus der Beschreibung (Homepage) so nicht hervor gegangen.

Die Glamping Homes sind ein echtes Upgrade zu den Strohhütten, die aber optisch toll sind. Die eigene Dusche ist ein Hit.

Dreckige Teller, Gläser und Besteck. Kaputte, defekte oder verbogene Sportgeräte werden nicht repariert. Vordrängen beim Essen nervt.

Essen war eher unterdurchschnittlich. Nie heiß immer nur lau. Viele Speisen schlecht gewürzt! Einige Speisen waren gleich weg und wurden nicht nachgeliefert. Ich habe den Veranstaltern eine k Kritikmail geschickt auf die sie nicht einmal geantwortet haben!

Oschły personel, czekaliśmy 40 min na bagażowego mimo, że personel podkreślał że należy byc gotowym z check outem o 10 rano. Mogliśmy spokojnie pospać dłużej! Jedzenie w kantynie ( opcja a inclusive jest obowiązkowa) paskudne, talerze niedomyte. Tak ładny ośrodek mógłby się bardziej postarać

Ein kleines Paradies

Super schöne Anlage mit vielen tollen Möglichkeiten für Sport und Freizeit für Groß und Klein. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussicht vom Glamping Home war atemberaubend schön und der Strand ein Traum, vorallem auch mit Kleinkind, weil es sehr flach ins Meer geht und viele schöne Schattenplätze unter den Bäumen gibt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und die große Terrasse ein Traum. Die Minidisco war ein Highlight für das Kind.

Leider konnte ein bereits gebuchter Segelkurs sehr spontan nicht stattfinden, weil der Trainier allein am Verleih war. Positiv möchte ich aber erwähnen, dass man an der Rezeption sehr kooperativ und freundlich war und die Rückerstattung der Kursgebühr völlig problemlos funktioniert hat. Die Softdrinks beim Buffet waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu süß bzw. mit künstlich schmeckenden Aromen.
