Two Bedroom Apartment ''Sunrise''

Duży, jasny i przestronny apartament. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Bardzo czysto. Blisko do centrum miasta i plaży. Parking pod samym apartamentem. Bardzo dobrze sprawdził się dla rodziny 2+2.

To akurat bardzo subiektywne ale dla nas poduszki były zbyt wysokie ;)

The location is top notch. We travelled with a 3 year old and a 7 month old. Within 5 min of walking distance we could reach dozens of restaurants, stores, bakeries, a pharmacy, and everything else we needed. Although it's so close to the city centre, it's very easy to reach the property by car. The parking is enormous. It's a yard around 10m x 10m where the only people parking are you and one or two more cars from the owners. Very comfortable. Pilatuša beach is only 2min away by car. There's a beach 3 min away on foot, but Pilatuša is our favourite beach on the whole Adriatic so we went there every day. It has deep shade from a pine forest, an amazing beach bar and it's not crowded. The apartment itself is really big and could easily host 6 or more people. It has everything you need for daily life. Everything is rather new and functional. The terrace is also really big. There's some cool plants with beautiful flowers acting as a hedge. This is our 3rd year in Pakoštane and this property is the best one so far. If you're coming by car, I think you can't beat this location. We've been to a lot of places in the Adriatic, but we felt most comfortable here. It's a combination of being in the city centre, a very spacious apartment, easy parking and proximity of the amazing Pilatuša beach. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We read here on Booking that some people got a welcome gift, but we didn't :))). On a serious note, there wasn't anything we didn't like. It was a perfect vacation. Just as a comparison, last year we booked a villa that had more rooms than their parking could spare. Going to the beach and back was a nightmare because you could never find a space. This year we felt like at home every second of our stay. I would recommend everyone visit Pakoštane and this property at least once.

Great location, very welcoming host and nice welcoming gift.

Clean and spacious apartment. Near to the beach and almost in town center. But in quite area. We got welcoming gift. We could use washing maschine on site. In half of our stay we were offered clean sheets and towels. Host is friendly and ready to help. Definitely can recommend.

Everything was perfect.
