Una villa bellissima, un ex capannone industriale che hanno sfruttato molto bene negli spazi. La casa è arredata in stile industriale e la particolarità sono i mattoncini rossi su alcune pareti. La piscina è molto grande e pulita. La villa ha degli spazi molto grandi sia all'interno che all'esterno. La parte secondo me più bella è l'angolo barbecue dove si è possibile organizzare delle buone cene. La posizione è ottimale, a 500 metri circa dalle spiagge di Pakostane dove è si possono organizzare tante escursioni via mare. Consiglio di provare il sottomarino, un'esperienza davvero particolare anche per i bambini. Nella casa non manca davvero niente, ogni comfort è presente, perfino una sala giochi con carambola e PlayStation e la sala lavanderia. Di fronte c'è un supermercato molto fornito. Ritorneremo sicuramente!
È una zona in via di sviluppo pertanto ci sono diverse abitazioni intorno che possono violare la privacy all'esterno, soprattutto in piscina. Accanto c'è un cantiere che è abbastanza rumoroso, gli operai possono sbirciare mentre sei sotto la doccia fuori.

Das Haus ist super geräumig, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer; stylisch eingerichtet; Check-in super unkompliziert und viel früher möglich gewesen als erwartet; die Küche bietet genug Platz und Stauraum-auch wenn mehrere Personen gleichzeitig worken; Outdoor Grillplatz überdacht und beschattet; bis zu 3 Autos können sicher innerhalb des Grundstücks (verschließbares Tor) abgestellt werden;
Die Hausbesitzer sind super nett und entgegenkommend. Lage des Hauses als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren ideal.
Vielleicht wären 1-2 Haken pro Badezimmer/WC möglich um Handtücher aufzuhängen; Lage an der Hauptstraße hat uns in der Vorsaison nicht gestört-in der Hauptsaison vielleicht nicht so ideal
