This vacation rental property is located on the 11th floor with a gorgeous view of the Gulf and the pool complex! This amazing 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo has plenty of space. This property comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in 1 beachfront king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
Relax in your open floor plan great room with a fabulous Gulf view. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy your table and chairs as you watch the day go by! You'll love the restful beachy vibe in this property and the queen sleeper sofa gives you extra sleeping space to accommodate more guests and the matching love seat gives extra seating. Your modern kitchen has a beach view, high end cabinetry, and updated appliances. It is well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, flatware and drink ware so you can cook anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal. There is a drip coffee maker and a blender for making your favorite drinks! The dining room table has 4 chairs and additional seating at the bar for 2. Plenty of room for everyone to play games and eat together.
The main suite has a comfy king-size bed with its own private bathroom. Your bed is like sleeping on a cloud with luxury sheets and soft pillows. You also have your own TV, too. The bathroom has a beautiful vanity area and a tiled walk in shower. You'll love the direct balcony access and the view of the ocean!
The guest bedroom's extra comfy bed has luxury bed linens and soft pillows. The adjacent bathroom has fluffy white towels and a beautiful tiled shower/tub combo where you can wash away the day at the beach!
The balcony has plenty of room to enjoy your coffee in the morning or the beverage of your choice in the evening as you watch an amazing sunset. You have views of the ocean from the master suite and the living room!
This property includes a stack washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for quick touch-ups.
A parking permit is required for each vehicle. Parking Permits and property bands are issued by the front desk at Regency Towers. Guests are limited to 2 parking passes. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association.
Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.

We very much enjoyed the property's wonderful view and location. Bedroom mattress is probably due for a replacement as it's a bit uneven but it did not significantly impact our enjoyment.

Well kept and very clean. Lots of amenities to enjoy and make your stay a fun and enjoyable one. Everything you need in the condo. Slept ok. Very hospitable and generous. Very much appreciated.

Property was nice. You must purchase a parking pass for $25. Listing said you needed a pass. Did not mention you had to buy one. There was construction going on including jack hammering the structure. Very loud. Ask about construction before you rent
