L’établissement est conforme à la description.
Le personnel est très accueillant.
Possibilité de réserver le tour en bateau de la Baie d’Ha Long directement avec l’hôtel.
L’hôtel est un peu excentré du centre ville.

The rooms are really nice and modern. Really good size rooms too. The owner is always happy to help to book trips or transport for you.
It says “swimming pool” but you have to walk down the road and then down lots of stairs to get to this pool and then they charge 80K each to use it. So it isn’t included in the accommodation which was a disappointment but it states on here that it’s includes and it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Can also hear construction works.
