Good location, but poor cleaning and maintenance

I recently stayed at this apartment with two friends. While the location and spacious balcony were good, the stay was disappointing.

There were no extra linens or towels for the third guest, the bathroom was very dirty, and no toilet paper or shampoo was provided. The apartment needed maintenance, especially the broken showerheads. There was also no elevator, and the hostess seemed bothered by our concerns. Overall, despite the spaciousness and good location, the lack of amenities, poor cleanliness, needed repairs, absence of an elevator made our stay unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Pleasant stay, good location and nice owner

Apartment was clean and large enough for the family. The beds were great as well as the bathroom. locations was nice as well with parking facility.

it was a bit confusing to find the location: it isa private apartment located inside the Diamond Hill hotel. I think it is best to add this to the description for checking in to directly call the owner. he arrived within a few minutes which was great. TV was not functional as cable tv, I’m not sure if it functions as a smart tv but don’t expect too much of this.

the shower drain was clogged when we got there and it took two days to be fixed all the facilities mentioned in the offer are just located in the same building, but you need to pay as any other person using them quite a few shelfes were broken payment had to be done in cash

Superb

We had a pleasent stay on the weekend. Appartment is in the same building where a great playground for children and next building to Spa&swimming pool. We had kitchen to cook. It had basic things (pots,sugar/salt/coffee/oil), enough plates and cups for family of 4. It is nice and functional.

One bedroom has a window to the hotel corridor. No natural light or possibility to keep the room airfresh. There are air conditions in every room though.

Nice stay but small drawbacks

The apartment was spotlessly clean. There is underground monitored parking, so perfect if you’re travelling with a car. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good.

The location on Booking.com is incorrect. The owner should definitely change this as there is an 8 minute drive in the difference. In the bedroom with the single beds, there is a window without curtains, which a sensor light shines through at night.
