I didn't like that there was mold in the room, mold in the bathroom and I asked to change the silicone in the bathroom because it was full of mold and this was not done. The toilet didn't work properly (toilet flush), there was no shower head holder, there was a lot of mold in the living room, outside on the balcony the air conditioner didn't have a drain for condensation, all the water from the air conditioner flowed directly onto the balcony floor.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Apartement liegt direkt am Strand. Tolle Restaurants und Bar unmittelbar vor der Haustüre. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch auf der Bucht und Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Grösse und war sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos ab und die Dame war sehr nett. Es gibt eine Garage, das sollte man noch erwähnen 😊 ist zwar sehr steil aber sie ist da.

Die Küche war nicht top eingerichtet, es fehlten sogar Kaffeelöffel. Da wir aber nur zwei Nächte da waren wars ok. Das Bett etwäs härt, hier aber normal.

A nice vacation in Vlorë

Very close to the beach, only 50 meters to walk. I liked the underground parking so the car was protected and supervised.

Very far from the city promenade, at 30 minutes to walk. Stray dogs were allowed to enter in the building and started barking in the beginning of every morning causing discomfort. The boiler was shared with multiple rooms and if I took a shower after the other rooms I didn t had any hot water remained.

Heerlijk relaxen..

De ligging is geweldig,het is aankomen en je vakantie is begonnen.De deur uit en je bent al aan een geweldig strand,goedkope bedjes en aardig personeel. Zeker met kinderen echt een aanrader. Ook in de buurt genoeg keus aan barretjes en restaurants. Meisje van de receptie heeft een boottocht georganiseerd,een aanrader..met een zodiak naar klein eilandje/grot en schiereiland.Echt een aanbeveling!!

De badkamer was niet echt geweldig,wel groot maar geen plek om ook maar wat neer te zetten.Water in de douche liep slecht weg. Maar voor de prijs,eigenlijk niks te klagen.

SOLO CASH.

La stanza era carina, pulita e ben curata. Il personale è stato gentile in alcuni casi (la ragazza al check out e il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnato in stanza) in altri scocciato e disinteressato ai nostri problemi (la ragazza che ci ha fatto il check in e che ci ha obbligato a pagare in contanti).

Ci hanno obbligato a pagare in contanti senza nemmeno controllare il cambio e richiedendo dunque un cambio 1 euro a 100 lek. Non ci hanno rilasciato nessuna ricevuta fiscale dopo il pagamento. La porta finestra che dà sul mare non ha tende oscuranti. Il sole entra in stanza alle 6 del mattino rendendo impossibile continuare a dormire. La posizione è molto fuori la zona centrale di Valona per cui ci si può spostare solo prendendo la macchina (e parcheggiare a Valona lungomare è praticamente impossibile). A destra della struttura c'è un enorme pineta che ci è stata definita come "NON SICURA".

I would not recommend

Location

The balcony was tiny with no sunlight or any privacy. I small table and 2 chairs and it was full. Tucked in a corner looking directly and within touching distance of our neighbours. The accommodation lacked basic facilities as advertised eg no kettle 1 glass between 2 people. These items were supplied once asked though we got a kettle and no cups. The room was clean on arrival but not cleaned during our 10 DAY STAY. Bins were emptied daily, towels and bed linen every 3 days. No clean of WC Washbasin or shower. When we complained this is not what was advertised they advised it was a generic description for all rooms. There was no bedside lights and no light shades along with bulbs that did not work. Also a stained headboard.

Der Aufzug mit einem unnötigen Sicherheitsmagnet. Die Zufahrt der Garage ist nicht gerade angenehm. Auch die Parkenden Autos in der Zufahrt stören sehr. Auf jeden Fall den Laden an der Straßenseite meiden.

Un hotel frumos pe care il recomand!

Hotelul este fix pe plaja, faci 30 de secunde din hotel pana la mare. Apartamentele sunt mari, curate, bucatarie echipata cu strictul necesar, 2 balcoane, baie cu dus, wc, bideu iar cel mai important lucru la mare, masina de spalat, care este ideala mai ales camd ai copii mici. Parcare subterana, se deshide la 7.00 se inchide la 22.00. Hotelul este invonjurat de restaurante toate foarte bune si ieftine. La parterul hotelului regasesti o cafenea foarte buna unde mai gasesti si prajituri dimineata.

Accesul in parcare este destul de abrupt iar iesirea din aceasta trebuie facut cu grija si un pic de emotii. Nu mi-a placut limitarea timpului de acces in parcare, a fost o zi in care am ajuns la ora 00.00 si nu am avut unde sa parcam, ar fi trebuit sa existe o cartela ceva. Receptia este deschisa doar intre 7.00 si 22.00 Check in este la ora 14.30 iar check out ul la ora 10.30

Bella struttura, zona tranquilla

Bello il balcone vista mare, si poteva fare colazione col rumore delle onde del mare. Bello che la struttura fosse proprio sulla spiaggia, quindi comodissimo andare in spiaggia senza stress. Buono che ci fosse tutto vicino la struttura: market, ristoranti, forno.. Camera arredata con gusto. Personale molto gentile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e ci hanno aiutati a risolvere.

Il lungomare di Valona dista 1,5 km a piedi più o meno.. quindi per andare in mezzo alla movida la sera c'è da camminare perché è difficile trovare parcheggio da quelle parti. Nel bagno mancava la porta della doccia, quindi si allagava il bagno ad ogni doccia. Noi eravamo 4 ospiti e ci hanno fatto trovare solo 2 sedie, che in una camera con la cucina per cucinare non ha senso perché in 4 con 2 sedie non si può mangiare. Dopo averle chieste però ci hanno portato altre 2 sedie. In camera abbiamo trovato una lavatrice guasta che pur non usandola ci ha allagato la stanza più volte, e nonostante sia stato segnalato il guasto abbiamo sempre dovuto pulire noi l'acqua. Alla fine abbiamo risolto chiudendo l' acqua e poi il gestore ci ha chiesto scusa per l' accaduto. In generale il personale è gentile comunque.

Datorită lor am avut cea mai frumoasă vacanță!

Faptul ca este amplasata pe plaja , cu intrare lina in apa și nisipul fin ne-a făcut să avem parte de probabil cel mai frumos concediu în familie de până acum, copii au fost foarte încântați !!! Gazda a fost foarte primitoare și receptivă la orice cerințe , curățenie și miros plăcut în camera , camera a fost exact ca și cea din poze! Clar recomand cu drag locația !!!

Het appartement zat aan het strand, dit was erg fijn. Ook had het appartement een airco, met warme dagen was dit lekker.

Wij hadden een andere appartement geboekt dan die we hebben gekregen. Dit merkten wij op en zijn naar de receptie gegaan om dit aan te geven, de reactie van de receptionist en de man die aanwezig was was niet heel netjes. We hebben meer betaald dan nodig was. We kregen de studio inplaats van het appartement. Dit vonden wij erg teleurstellend.

A localização, é terrível. Condicionou toda a minha estadia muito sinceramente. É verdade que é pé na praia, mas a praia só tem lixo, tem imensos cães vadios perto dos apartamentos, foi das piores praias que já visitei na vida. Adicionalmente, o edifício onde se encontra o apartamento é bastante estranho.

Локація чудова, якщо ви хочете просторий пляж без машин, пісок і мілке море для дітей. Кондиціонери в кімнатах розташовані чудово: біля ліжка і не дують на тебе, коли лежиш в ліжку. Просторі кімнати, гарний балкон:в нас був боковий вид на море і ввечері була тінь.

Не прибирали підлогу: була заміна постільної білизни і виносили сміття. Але в номері все є щоб самим привести підлогу в норму від піску з пляжу. Дещо з кухонного приладдя ми докупили, все мінімально. До центральних вулиць пішки хв 10-15. До центрального пляжу і набережної до півгодини. Але час був, є де погуляти. Якщо є авто, можна міняти локації в межах Вльори від мілкого моря і піску Адріатики до гальки, хвиль і глибини Іоніки.

Great accommodation for short stay.

Paula at reception was excellent showing us the room and facilities. Room was spacious and very clean. Handy market and bakery just around the corner. Didn't use the underground parking as the drive in looked extremely steep.

This end of Vlore the beach is very dirty and a lot of rubbish.

Ввічливий персонал, в номері все ідеально чисте, постільна білизна і рушкики сяяли білим. Встановлений бойлер дозволяв мати постійну гарячу воду. Чудове розташування : в пішій доступності до центру міста, поряд ресторани та кафе зі смачною їжею. Правда в супермаркеті, що поруч дорожчі ціни, ніж в центрі, і ні на чому з продукції не було цінників, таке враження, що ціни продавці придумували в ході продажу. Вльора- гарне містечко, навкруги зелень, тому повітря свіже і чисте. Албанці дуже милі, доброзичливі і усміхнені люди, готові відповісти на запитання, надати корисну пораду, майже усі володіють англійською.
