I didn't like that there was mold in the room, mold in the bathroom and I asked to change the silicone in the bathroom because it was full of mold and this was not done. The toilet didn't work properly (toilet flush), there was no shower head holder, there was a lot of mold in the living room, outside on the balcony the air conditioner didn't have a drain for condensation, all the water from the air conditioner flowed directly onto the balcony floor.

A nice vacation in Vlorë

Very close to the beach, only 50 meters to walk. I liked the underground parking so the car was protected and supervised.

Very far from the city promenade, at 30 minutes to walk. Stray dogs were allowed to enter in the building and started barking in the beginning of every morning causing discomfort. The boiler was shared with multiple rooms and if I took a shower after the other rooms I didn t had any hot water remained.

I would not recommend

Location

The balcony was tiny with no sunlight or any privacy. I small table and 2 chairs and it was full. Tucked in a corner looking directly and within touching distance of our neighbours. The accommodation lacked basic facilities as advertised eg no kettle 1 glass between 2 people. These items were supplied once asked though we got a kettle and no cups. The room was clean on arrival but not cleaned during our 10 DAY STAY. Bins were emptied daily, towels and bed linen every 3 days. No clean of WC Washbasin or shower. When we complained this is not what was advertised they advised it was a generic description for all rooms. There was no bedside lights and no light shades along with bulbs that did not work. Also a stained headboard.

Great location by the beach. Very good size accommodation. Very clean.Strong wifi.

Bouncy mattress. Literally turn over and you feel you'll be flying. Some reception staff need to be more welcoming. You feel you're in the way. A modicum of warmth as opposed to all the strictures about what you can't do might help.

i liked the property but outside the property on the beach front it is is in disrepair and lots of rubbish everywhere- its a shame this has not been made better use off and to facilitate guests better

Great accommodation for short stay.

Paula at reception was excellent showing us the room and facilities. Room was spacious and very clean. Handy market and bakery just around the corner. Didn't use the underground parking as the drive in looked extremely steep.

This end of Vlore the beach is very dirty and a lot of rubbish.

Has office to collect keys and helpful staff to show you where my apartment was. Later asked for a coffee cup as none in room and staff found one plus a glass too. Did have view of ocean from side of building balcony. Still pre season, so ?

Big clean room with sea view and sir condition. Good Restaurants around. Easy check in and check out. Parking free directly at the accomodation. Fridge in the room. We were very content with the accomodation, Service and the staff.

We booked this after being catfished by another property and it did not disappoint. Despite booking this a couple of hours before turning up our room was ready. The staff were really friendly and the location is amazing, right on the beach. You really can’t get any closer. The room itself was very comfortable. We had a fridge and table and chairs and the balcony a view of the beach. Worth noting they do a check of your room before you leave the premises but this was with a complimentary coffee and they checked the room straight away so don’t be alarmed at this process .

The common areas and stairs were a bit grubby, but the rooms themselves were very clean so this wasn’t a big deal.

Excellent Staffs!

Oasis Beach Resident was next to the beach just walk out the apartment and there was the beach! Right near the centre and where Vlore is famous for! Did not need to take any buses or Taxi I was able to walk around Vlore and explore it all! The Apartment was clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be booking again! The Balcony view was amazing!

Disappointment

No possibility to shower properly because of the weak pressure of the water, drain in the middle of thw bathroom so one always stepped in the water, no shower gel/shampoo, not even glasses.

Very good

It was clean; the bed was comfortable; apartment is on the beach. There are shops and restaurants next to the apartment and the beach is overall clean. There was always hot water in the bathroom and the balcony was comfortable to sit on it and watch the sea and sky. The girl at reception was nice and she called us taxi when needed; and tried to help us whenever she could.

They did not change towels after three days, even though they were supposed to. We did not receive the soap and there was no running water in the kitchen.

Stuff was very helpful and kind. It's located next to the beach with 15 min walk to the city center. Bed was big and very comfortable, and the room was very spacious. Furniture was new. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe there.

Very close to the beach, and a short walk to the main centre. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean, wifi worked well and bed was comfortable.

The door was a bit hard to open, we spent 10mins trying to figure it out. The hall way is very dark and couple find the light switch.

View on brick wall of construction- instead of "view on sea" - as promised on Booking . No WeFi. Not finished apartment. No curtain in shower. No sits or chairs, at all (except ugly old plastic from balcony). Rude management. DISASTER! WORTH STAY!
