Beautiful accommodation

The accommodation is very comfortable with a nice garden and located around 5 km away from the center/promenade. The hosts were super kind, we got fresh fruit delivered to our doorstep in the evening and morning. It was absolutely delicious! Communication via booking was fast and reliable.

I liked everything about this property, the host was amazing, everything was clean, location was near the beach which was perfect! I love it here, will be willing to come back, thank you guys for an amazing time. The host also gave us a lot of fruits from his own garden😍

Brilliant hosts and clean room.

The location was great for us, close to the beach and beach bars. The room was exceptionally clean. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They brought us fresh fruit each day which was such a lovely touch.

The room was a little tight for 3 people but we were aware of that when booking.

Warmful and genuin family

My friends and I had a beautiful Experience, living for few days in this apartment. The family that lives here was super welcoming and 'bujar' (generous) giving us fresh fruits and vegetables every day from their garden, with a genuin and warm feeling. Thank u so much to Monda and Ioanna KR

Very pleased to find this little gem.

Lovely small studio apartment, in a quiet location 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning. Kitchenette with fridge, small hob, kettle, crockery, glasses and basic cutlery and cooking pans. Table and 3 chairs. Small 'wet room' bathroom (in which there is no shower cubicle or curtain, so much of the room gets wet when you shower). Slippers provided so this was not a problem. Apartment is on the first floor, so there was a spacious terrace with table and chairs, and views of the owner's garden and the quiet neighbourhood. What made it really great was the very hospitable owner and his relatives - on our first morning he brought us coffee and a cake with home grown plums, and on our last night he brought us prepared watermelon to have for breakfast before our early departure; he also shared his home made raki! We were made to feel very welcome, even though we had very little Albanian and he had very little English!

This is NO reflection on the apartment - the air conditioner struggled to keep us cool at night because the weather was exceptionally hot - upper 30s °C in the daytime.

Appartement spacieux avec tout le confort ! Terrasse très agréable à côté du jardin. Bien placé par rapport aux bars et restaurants que l’on a fait à pied. Restaurant Varka à recommander. Sans parler de la gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont offert des fruits du miel….merci à vous 2.

Eccellente come da descrizioni

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo monolocale e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e nuovo, dotato di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante e di una cucina completa di angolo cottura e frigorifero. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio interno alla struttura. I proprietari sono stati eccezionali, estremamente ospitali e disponibili. La posizione è un po’ decentrata rispetto al centro di Valona (circa 25 minuti a piedi), ma per noi che eravamo in auto e cercavamo tranquillità è stata davvero perfetta. Inoltre, a soli 5 minuti a piedi si trovano alcune spiagge con lidi e locali, un dettaglio che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più comodo e piacevole. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Muy recomendable

La familia que lo lleva es encantadora, la hija habla castellano e inglés perfectamente. El apartamento está muy bien, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Nos han dado fruta de su huerto, que estaba deliciosa, y una botella de agua que se agradece mucho. Tiene buena ubicación, en una zona tranquila, cerca de la playa y de restaurantes.

Vila Roan ottima location per visitare Valona e dintorni.

Struttura accogliente, spaziosa in un contesto a dimensione d’uomo. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e pieni di attenzioni. Ci hanno coccolato con anguria, miele durante il soggiorno e i fichi che il proprietario ci ha dato quando siamo partiti per Ksamil (carinissimo ☺️). Ci siamo sentiti a casa e si è creato un bel clima anche con i vicini di appartamento., grazie sempre alla disponibilità dei proprietari. Un ringraziamento anche a Joana (la figlia dei proprietari) che ci ha consigliato spiagge e ristoranti della zona.

Vriendelijk personeel

Kamer was hygiënische, hadden buiten ook een goed plekje om te zitten en de eigenaar van het pand was erg vriendelijk sprak niet tot amper engels maar kwam bij binnenkomst een bordje watermeloen en later nog wat vijgen uit eigen tuin brengen. Strand was ongeveer op 5-7min loopafstand

Locatie naar het centrum, dit vonden we te ver lopen zijn we niet geweest.

Najvise su nam se dopali domacini. Docekani smo kao da smo dosli kod rodjaka. Djakonije iz baste, med, casica razgovora uz prevodilac sa telefona i gestovima. Osecali smo se sigurno i dobrodoslo. Parking obezbedjen, cak i tusiranje kola sa šmrkom:) Smestaj je cist, dvoriste lepo uredjeno. Ako vam nesto zafali sve je resivo. Veliki pozdrav i hvala za divno gostoprimstvo.

🇹🇷 Konumu mükemmeldi, merkezi ve her yere çok yakındı. Fiyat/performans açısından beklentimizin çok üzerindeydi. Odalar tertemizdi ve oldukça konforluydu. En önemlisi ise ev sahipleri son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi, her konuda destek oldular. 🇬🇧 The location was perfect – very central and close to everything. The value for money was outstanding. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful in every way. 🇩🇪 Die Lage war hervorragend – zentral und alles war leicht erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war überragend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und bequem. Am wichtigsten: Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht.

Herzliche Gastgeber & sehr sehr sauber!!

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber und lupenrein sauber! Absolut top, alles ziemlich neu und mit großer Terrasse zum Sitzen. Die Stadt Vlore hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, umso besser das die Unterkunft einfach perfekt war, so dass wir dort viel Zeit verbringen konnten :)

100% ospitalitate albaneză

Camerele sunt nou renovate, localizarea excelentă în apropiere de Vlora si lângă plajă, iar ospitalitatea gazdelor de nepreţuit. Am fost primiţi cu rachiu, pepene roşu şi rodie. Am fost atât de încântaţi încât am stat încă o noapte la întoarcere.

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek!

Obiekt był położony jakieś 5 min drogi piechotą nad morze, blisko również do sklepów i restauracji. Obok naszego lokum mieszkali właściciele, prze uprzejmi! Chętni do pomocy, oferowali nam również owoce z ogrodu :) Sam obiekt czysty, klimatyzacja która w tym upale niejednokrotnie nas uratowała :) Brakło nam tylko czajnika ale były garnki i patelnia także na spokojnie można było przygotować śniadania czy kolację :) Bardzo polecam!
