+ great location, 5 min to grocery store and 15 min to the beach + quiet and dark, we slept great + dishwasher and washing machine + great outdoor area with a view + perfect host with great communication
- could have been cleaner, kitchen was very greasy and the living room was a bit dusty - found a cockroach in the kitchen - smelled like cigarette when we arrived, took about 2 days to air out the smell
