Jednostavnost komunikacije sa domaćinima.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit Meerblick. Dort haben wir morgens gerne Kaffee getrunken und abends einfach entspannt. Auch der private Garagenplatz war super praktisch. Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls positiv überrascht. Supermarkt, Café, Busanbindung und alles Wichtige sind direkt im Gebäude oder schnell erreichbar. Gleichzeitig war es angenehm ruhig. Der Check in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich und schnell. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Good location, quiet neighbours, free ground floor parking, very bright rooms with possibility to close with aluminium roll-up flaps if required, very warm Apartment and building without heating with ambient temperature outside below 10°, but heating was available provided by gas boiler combined for hot water supply and heating. Good enough kitchen utensils, pots and frying pans for more than 2 persons, we were only two. Have Coffee Machine Nescafe Dolche Gusto for capsule coffee, very useful in the morning, capsule can purchase in supermarket "Plodine" just under this building, also available same place "DM" and nice cafe, nice sea view from the large balcony.

Apartment looking nice and can see the good style when it was new, but time passed and after few years of renting can see tracing of usage furniture and wall, but so far not much noticeable, to be honest wish to come back again and advise same for others. Hope some cosmetic renovations will fix these little troubles in the interior.
