Apartment Kantrida-Near the Beach by Irundo

Net een compleet en comfortabel appartement, 8 lopen (heuvel op/af) minuten van het strand. Met airconditioning. Inchecken ging prima. Uitgebreide uitleg. Genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid. Slaapbank was overdag gemakkelijk in te klappen.

Naar strand lopen is wel een kleine inspanning. Ik vind de huur vrij duur, dat geldt denk ik voor de meeste accommodaties in deze regio.

Appartamento accogliente al primo piano con scale con tutto il necessario, pet friendly, check-in veloce, parcheggio libero, non tanto lontano dal centro.

Vacanza troppo corta!

Jól felszerelt, kedves kis lakás. Mindig volt parkolóhely a ház előtt, a kert nagyon hangulatos volt. A vendéglátó nagyon kommunikatív volt, egy hölgy engedett be minket, aki nem beszélt angolul, de erre felhívták előre a figyelmünket, nem volt belőle gond.

A víz el volt zárva és a bojler áramellátása le volt kapcsolva, amit elmondtak előre, de gördülékenyebb lett volna, ha nem nekünk kell kapcsolgatni. Az apartman egy társasházban van, néha nagy volt az átmenő forgalom.

The location was good in terms of beach and local transport! Very good. It was very cosy and overall did look out to the sea. The owners were very helpful and kind and are willing to support through the majority of the day! (Not after 9pm) As a diver it was a great location and a good price for the time of the year. It was a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach (depends how fast you walk) but don't be disappointed as no matter the beach stairs are not avoidable. The local pub is also 3 minute walk Bus straight outside (30 seconds from main road exit) I would advice a car if looking to travel outside of the 4 district location. Buses are cash only unless using the mobility app!! Ensure to download this prior to arriving as i was not informed but the driver was kind enough to let me on while I.purchased the ticket on the app. The bakery (opposite the pub) was amazing and open every day until 10!!! I would advice the croissants and bread it is divine.

I didnt mind overly but for awareness there are 60 steps getting from the main road to the apartment. I wasnt aware (perhaps misunderstood or misread) It states a clean is not involved in the cost and as I paid €1400 euros it stated an extra 80 is needed for a cleaner. No mess was left so an expensive charge for the bedding etc to be washed an a clean for such a small place. I would advice to have 2 - 3 people stay to share the costs. The kitchen light wasnt working at the time but due to my training I was equipped to deal with this. People keep themselves to themselves which isnt a bad thing. Ghe curtains in the main bedroom are basically non existent (so dont count on a lie in) im up at 7am every day so wasnt an issue for me. The sofa bed was somewhat uncomfortable but its suitable and in good condition just like everything else. The balcony has been converted into the kitchen which means a max of 1 person at a time and the washing line situation is a tad awkward (as we dried the clothes there was no room on the kitchen) 🤣 we climbed under to make a coffee but we are very light hearted people who find the amusing more than frustrating.
