Location is perfect! We loved also the pool, the authentic Puglian feel at the property (no IKEA here) and of course the friendly, warm and helpful host Francesco. We will be back!

Gite bien équipé avec une très belle piscine. Murs epais qui garde la fraîcheur. Jardin arboré et fleuri. Proprio sympathique.

Le bruit de la route qu'on entend moins quand on est dans le gîte mais fortement quand on mange sur la terrasse, ou quand on est à la piscine. La belle sdb très récente n'a aucun crochet pour les serviettes de bain, le papier wc ou tablette pour les produits douche. Pas de machine à laver le linge comme indiqué sur Booking

An absolute gem in Polignano a Mare! If you are looking for an authentic Italian villa experience nestled in stunning olive tree and cherry gardens, this is a 10/10 choice. The dependance perfectly matches the traditional style of a classic Italian villa, yet offers incredible modern comforts. We were blown away by the beautiful, well-equipped Italian kitchen and the sleek, modern bathroom. To top it off, the entire property was exceptionally clean. Our host, Francesco, truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. He is incredibly friendly and provided fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. As a beautiful welcoming gesture, he even brought us fresh, complimentary cherries from the garden when we arrived, and another batch when we left! It was a perfect, authentic stay, and we couldn't recommend Francesco's place more highly.
