Lovely apartment near the beach. Like home from home

Manuel was great at keeping in contact and was friendly and helpful. The location is near the beach and the apartment is spotless with coffee and netflix. The balcony gets the sun longer than a lot of the other apartments in the area too.

Everything was perfect. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants. In the appartment is all you need for your stay. Parking in garage. Manuel and Isabel were very helpful. Thank you, it was amazing holiday.

Atrašanās vieta ir ideāla, ja gribat, lai viss ir tuvu - pludmale, promenāde, kafejnīcas, centrs, veikali. Izklaides parks ir tieši pāri ielai. Braucot "ne sezonā" brīnišķīgi, ka balkons ir saules pusē un var sauļoties uz tā, neatkarīgi no vēja un zemākas temperatūras pie jūras. Ļoti novērtējām, ka dzīvoklis ir viegli apsildāms. Tā kā lidmašīna mums bija vēlu pēcpusdienā, saimnieks nāca pretī un atļāva uzkavēties nedaudz ilgāk. Virtuvē praktiski viss nepieciešamais. Vannas istabās gan dušas želeja, gan ziepes. Lieliski, ka bija papildus segas vēsākām naktīm. Gultām ļoti labi matrači (iespējams, ka ortopēdiskie). Novērtējām, ka grīdas dzīvojamās telpās bija ar laminātu, nevis flīzēm, kas ziemā dod papildus siltumu. Lietainām dienām ir TV, ļoti labs Wi-Fi.

Tā kā tieši mūsu ierašanās laikā apkārt (gan ārā uz ielas, gan tieši dzīvoklī zem mums) notika dažādi būvniecības darbi, tad urbju dārdināšana, kas sākās jau pirm deviņiem no rīta, traucēja mierīgam rīta sākumam.

Schönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment in bester Lage. Sehr sauber und vor allem zwei Badezimmer, das war besonders toll. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Tolle Lage quasi am Strand.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour de cinq semaines en Andalousie. C’est une région fantastique qu’il est agréa

Établissement très confortable, propre, très bien équipé côté vaisselle et électroménagers, sécuritaire et bien situé, en bord de mer, au-dessus de restos et cafés. La literie y était changée une fois/semaine ainsi que le ménage fait. Un grand MERCI à Isabelle pour son excellent travail. Du balcon, nous avions une très belle vue sur la mer et la plage n’était qu’à cinq minutes de marche. Cet établissement est situé près de plusieurs commodités telles que marché d’alimentation, restos et boutiques et à seulement 10 minutes de marche de la Calle San Miguel. Toujours prêt à satisfaire nos demandes, Manuel, le propriétaire, s’est avéré très accueillant et collaborateur. Bref, endroit idéal.

La seconde chambre, avec ses deux lits simples, était un peu petite, mais tout de même très confortable. Elle conviendrait davantage à deux enfants qu’à deux adultes.
