Lit confortable et grand , studio propre, climatisation bien placée et fonctionnelle, grande pièce , bon emplacement proche de la gare et des lieux de vie
La kitchenette minuscule, l'absence de table pour manger ou écrire, l'isolation phonique mauvaise on entendait les voisins parler et prendre leur douche, second étage sans ascenseur, rallonges électriques défectueuses
