Executive 3 Bedroom Family Suite - Brisbane CBD - Views - Netflix - Fast Wifi - Free parking

We liked this property for it’s practicality, plenty of beds and options for sleeping arrangements, it’s very suitable for bigger families, fully equipped and self contained accommodation. The location and view of the Storybridge was amazing and having the allocated free parking during our entire stay, it was close to transportation and within walking distance to Queen Street Mall and Southbank or to catch the ferries and having the convenience store at the bottom of the building was convenient for small items and key collection and drop off. Communication with our hosts was very good and they were super friendly and helpful and easy to get in contact with.

After the Identification formalities were taken care of I had a great stay in very nice accommodation and the response time for any queries was very fast.

Great size apartment and the location was fabulous! The hosts were brilliant with communicating whenever I had a question about the property!

For a place that can sleep two extra people in the living room it would have been great if the electronic blinds worked to block out the early morning sun. Unsure how to use the oven properly - took an extremely long time to heat up.

Booked the stay as keys were onsite- found out 2 days before keys had to be collected from location 10 mins away. Was asked about checking out on Saturday morning when checking out on Sunday. Texted again on Sunday about checking out. Dishwasher controls broken, microwave had to be turned off at power otherwise keeps dinging all the time. Had to pay for COVID clean but didn’t appear it had been done for our stay. Glass doors in en-suite needs rubber stoppers as they bang. Constantly reminded to not write bad reviews and follow up owners directly.
